Description
Welcome to the house " My little Zanzibar House 2 - the second of our two beautiful fishermen's cottages in Zirchow.
As soon as you enter, you will feel at home in the cosy atmosphere of our fisherman's cottage. We have furnished the whole house in warm colours and with beautiful lamps. Through a generous glass door you will see the heart of our house: our kitchen with chic cooking island and seating. Here you have a view of your loved ones while you prepare something delicious.
You will want for nothing. We have equipped the kitchen to a high standard with lots of beautiful crockery and everything you would want in a kitchen.
Beautiful glasses and several sets of cutlery let you enjoy your holiday without having to wash up all the time.
From the kitchen island, you have a view of the large dining table with elegant Italian chandelier and the cosy TV lounge with a velvet leather sofa, fireplace and curved TV.
Here, various board games and Usedom maps are laid out for you in the chest of drawers.
On the ground floor is our luxury bathroom with a large Finnish coloured light sauna. After your sauna, snuggle up and enjoy the fresh forest air in our small garden with its old trees.
Via a white wooden staircase you reach the upper floor with bedrooms and a spacious wellness experience shower under thatch. All rooms have beautiful chandeliers, which emphasise the cosiness of the rooms.
In the large bedroom, you can dream away in a comfortable box-spring bed.
The second bedroom has two cosy beds, original bedside cabinets, TV and a large patio door with a balcony overlooking the greenery.
All rooms are furnished with built-in wardrobes and storage space.

The fishing village of Zirchow has a dreamlike elevated location directly on the Szczecin Lagoon. Care has been taken to build carefully on parkland with old trees, so that the natural charm of an old fishing village is preserved.
Not far from the imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their fantastic fine sandy Baltic beaches, you have ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in your own cottage from here.

The fishing village of Zirchow is characterised by its careful development on plots with old trees. The newly built thatched-roof houses are modelled on old fishermen's cottages and exude a cosy charm.
After a day at the beach or a tour of the island, you can look forward to "your" little house in the countryside with a balcony, your own terrace and equipped with every comfort for a happy and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful thatched cottage on the lagoon side with sauna and fireplace
Fine cottage with outdoor seating on 3 sides. The neighbouring houses of this holiday village are estimated 10 m away. It is located on the lagoon side without direct sea access at the airport for small aircraft - we never saw an aircraft take off or land. An aircraft exhibition can be visited in Hangar 10. It is idyllically quiet. (All the neighbouring houses were unoccupied when we were there). The beaches of the Kaiserbäder are about 15-20 minutes away by car. The furnishings are individual and of high quality. Perfect for 4 people. The fireplace and sauna make the cottage very cosy. A walk / short hike to Kamminke is possible from the house.
The contact with the landlady was friendly and uncomplicated. The key handover via clean up at the airport building on the way to the house as well.

Always happy to come back.
We were there with 5 people and 1 dog over Easter.
It is a beautiful area. You can quickly reach everywhere by car. The Szczecin Lagoon is just around the corner. Unfortunately, we did not find access to it.
Otherwise, the house is very nice and lovingly decorated. The equipment is very high quality. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and even a sauna.
We were all very excited. The communication between landlord and tenant is also great. In case of further questions via email, a response was received in the shortest time.
The only small point of criticism is that check-out must already be by 10 am. Two more hours on the departure day would be good so that one can recover enough before long distances that need to be traveled home and can also prepare calmly. However, the 10 am time may also depend on the service provider.
Otherwise, always happy to return in the future.

Beautiful quiet week

At the beginning of December, we had the pleasure of staying at the Fischhäuschen Cosi. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you could wish for. After our walks by the lagoon in stormy weather, we always looked forward to our cozy thatched-roof nest. The sauna is a dream. The space for 5 people is good. Excellent facilities. A completely successful vacation
We liked the small Sansibar so much that we immediately booked again. The children were thrilled with their room. We enjoyed spending time in every room, and we've never had such a great sauna on vacation: with colored lights and music. Great. Best example of a great vacation home.
Everything your vacation heart desires is available in this house. You can tell that no expense was spared on the furnishings. Plenty of space, even for clothes and laundry (with a clothes dryer!!!). We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay by 3 days.

Oh, how beautiful is Zanzibar...
At our second visit to the small Sansibar - we love both houses - we could once again say "super, great, and simply fantastic." The children immediately disappeared into their room, and we unpacked our suitcases calmly. That's how a vacation should start. Another great holiday
We have already been guests here twice with Mrs Hildebrandt and everything was great again. The fisherman's cottage corresponds to the description and the pictures. Beautiful, well-kept garden and lovely details here too. Very good beds and really nice furniture are a daily pleasure. Shopping facilities in Ahlbeck and highly recommended: Swinemünde.

My little Zanzibar, so big
After spending our holiday here over New Year, we decided at short notice to travel back to Usedom over Easter. The Sansibar surpassed our previously rented holiday homes. The village has charm and is very peaceful. Ahlbeck is only about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed it very much and will come back. Very nice contact with the landlords and our thanks to the efficient house care in Zirchow.

Super house with luxury sauna!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much. The location directly on the lagoon is wonderful. The whole fishing village is surrounded by greenery with many old trees. We enjoyed walking along the lagoon or taking trips across the beautiful island. There is a lot to see. In the evenings we enjoyed the large coloured light sauna - relaxing with music. Wonderful.

Pure relaxation
We were already looking forward to this cottage because of the nice contact and were not disappointed. Great facilities - kiddies were thrilled with their cool room - our expectations were even exceeded. Everything there, very clean and we will definitely be back. Once Zanzibar always Zanzibar.

My Little Zanzibar
We like to go to Usedom in the off-season because we like the peace and quiet. While looking for a cottage with a sauna, we found the little Sansibar and had a really good and relaxing time in this domicile. We have never had such a great sauna in a house. Everything is very nicely furnished and there is a TV in every room. We will be happy to come back.

Holiday home Zanzibar - a dream
Upon entering the house, we immediately felt very comfortable. Very tastefully furnished with original details. The description corresponds to the real conditions. We spent wonderful days here. Top equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery (very nice polish pottery) and cooking utensils. Parking space directly in front of the house. Everything perfect.

Wonderful oasis of relaxation
The holiday home is wonderfully situated in the countryside and yet not far from the Kaiserbäder. You can reach the lagoon in just 1 minute. The Sansibar is very modern and we wanted for nothing. The highlight was of course this great sauna with different lights and music. We haven't relaxed this much in a long time. We can only recommend the holiday home and will certainly come back again.
