Haus am Achterwasser - Holiday flat on the upper floor
78 sqm holiday flat on the first floor for up to 5 persons with balcony and view of the Achterwasser
The bright LIVING AREA is furnished with a sofa, armchair and coffee table. Here you will find enough space for cosy game evenings with the whole family. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system and WLAN.
From the living room you can directly access the furnished BALCONY, from where you can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the Achterwasser and the marina. Barbecue and beach chair included.

- No. I with double bed (2 mattresses a 90x200 cm) and wardrobe
- No. II with double box spring bed (1 mattress a 160x200 cm) and wardrobe

- No. I with infrared heat cabin (for a fee) and illuminated whirlpool tub

You can park your car free of charge in front of the house. Bicycles can be connected under cover in the bicycle carport. There is a power socket for e-bikes here.
The laundry package can be booked for 25 euros p.p. in addition.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the beautiful Baltic resort of Zinnowitz, in the north of the sunny island of Usedom. Due to the good connection to the island's main road B111 and the railway line, the place is perfect for exploring the island of Usedom. It is 11 km to Wolgast and 17 km to Peenemünde. The imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck with their unique spa architecture can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Or take a relaxing ride on the Usedom Bäderbahn.
But Zinnowitz itself also has a lot to offer. The town is particularly popular with tourists because of its fine sandy beach (1500 m) and the pier with the diving bell (1500 m). Enjoy your holiday between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
The house is located in a residential area in Zinnowitz. It is not far from the marina (about 500m). Supermarkets and bakeries can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The nearest bus stop is about 800 metres from the flat.
