Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the small village of Alvaneu in the canton of Graubünden. It is situated on a south-facing slope and can be reached via a staircase. Due to the location on the slope, it is absolutely quiet - occasionally the bells of the church ring
Many attractive places can be reached quickly from the house. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach Davos as well as Lenzerheide. Here you will find shopping facilities, spas and large ski areas
In summer there is an abundance of hiking possibilities. It is possible to start directly from the house and from Alvaneu.
With the Rhaetian Railway, a Unesco World Heritage Site is in close proximity. Both the Landwasser Viaduct and a ride on the railway with its many tunnels and curves are very impressive.
