Discover the idyllic holiday home "Chalet Conzen" in Alvaneu, Graubünden. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and green valleys, this charming chalet offers space for up to 8 guests in 180 square metres of living space. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna with shower and a guest WC. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, small freezer and coffee machine, raclette, fondue machines and much more.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony or on the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding natural landscape, the valley and the mountains. The quiet garden terrace invites you to barbecue, while the garage and car park offer plenty of space for your vehicles. Inside, a cosy fireplace provides warmth and comfort. A sauna is also available to relax in after a long day in the mountains.
The chalet is equipped with all modern conveniences, including TV, WLAN, washing machine and tumble dryer. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide three cots and two highchairs and a jogger buggy. Bed linen is also available and can be provided. Iron, ironing board and a hairdryer complete the offer.
The holiday home "Chalet Conzen" is ideal for all mountain sports enthusiasts and offers a low-allergen healing climate for respiratory and eye complaints. It is non-smoking accommodation and is also suitable for visitors to the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Alvaneu, Graubünden: A picturesque village in the Swiss mountain region of Graubünden between Davos and Lenzerheide. Coming from Chur in a southerly direction, take the motorway exit Thusis Süd in the direction of TIEFENCASTEL, St. MORITZ, DAVOS. From Tiefencastel, head towards Davos and after 8 km you will be in Alvaneu Dorf. At the end of the village, turn left up to the edge of the forest and then right again to the end of the little road.
Surrounded by five world-famous ski areas, partially illuminated cross-country ski trails and an ice-skating trail from Surava to Alvaneu as well as beautiful winter hiking trails, you can fulfil all your dreams of wonderful winter sports. Back in the quietly situated house, the sauna and a mulled wine by the fireplace invite you to relax and socialise.
In summer, when the alpine roses are in bloom, it is almost even more beautiful. Many excellent hiking trails lead from hut to hut, and there are mountain bike and climbing routes nearby as well as in the ski areas. Swimming pools in Davos, Lenzerheide and Tiefenkastel are inviting on hot summer days. Around 60 mountains in Graubünden are a delight for hikers with good mountain hiking equipment. Sightseeing tours by car, motorbike or bicycle over the numerous passes are a highlight away from the holiday season. But we also like to sit on our terrace and enjoy the unique mountain panorama with coffee and cake. We also like to sing or play music, because it hardly disturbs anyone. A warm welcome!
