In that case, the Hofmann family welcomes you warmly to their holiday home IGLSON. The holiday home is for all those who are looking for something special. After all, with its exposed location in the quiet residential area "Färbi" in Davos/Platz, it combines the perfection of relaxation with short distances due to its impressive proximity to the centre. Moreover, it impresses with its upscale furnishings and can thus point to exclusivities such as the in-house, two-storey wellness area with Jacuzzi, steam shower and infrared sauna.
In addition, the IGLSON holiday home is a popular accommodation for VIPs, CEOs or high-ranking press representatives during the World Economic Forum in Davos, where the world's elite from politics and business gather once a year in Europe's highest city.
The IGLSON holiday home:
The holiday home IGLSON does not see itself as "accommodation" for guests, but as "home". The Hofmann family creates this atmosphere on the one hand through the upscale and inviting interior and on the other hand through the attention to detail. Anyone staying at the IGLSON will notice that the holiday home not only satisfies the needs of the individual, but also represents a place of gathering for families and friends.
IGLSON as a synonym for an "unforgettable, COMMON time".
The holiday home consists of a living room (with large TV - 1.95m diagonal) with a spacious dining area and an adjoining open kitchen. It also has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which presents itself with an additional sofa bed (suitable for an adult or 2 children). Furthermore, two separate bathrooms offer enough space for the physical cultivation of all guests. One bathroom consists of a bathtub, 2 washbasins, a toilet and a bidet. The other comprises a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The underfloor heating provides comfortably warm feet in the entire living area. Peace and relaxation are offered by the in-house, two-storey wellness area (jacuzzi/steam shower/infrared sauna), which can be booked for the entire stay at an extra charge.
Important:
1. The prices quoted do not include the applicable visitor's tax per person and day.
2. The prices do not include the wellness area. If the wellness area is desired, the above prices apply plus 490.- € per 7 nights. It is only possible to book with or without the wellness area. Combinations are excluded!
3. Other conditions apply for the period of the WEF. Please contact the landlord for this.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is part of an equally created in the image calmed village location below the Davos hospital. On foot you can reach within two minutes of the village stream, the trail is cleared daily and leads directly to the center. After about eight minutes walk you can reach the ski lift Bolgen that connects all the passes together. 5 ski areas, 320 marked ski trails, sledding and toboggan runs, 115 km of winter hiking trails, 75 km of groomed cross-country ski trails including night and dog tracks, signposted Nordic walking trails, beautiful marked hiking trails. Mountain railways, convention center, shops.

Special conditions on AnfrageDas house is for rent only recently, as required conversion work could only be completed now. As of now, there is also a relaxing massage chair, ski, DVD players, toys and sledges available.

You can't get any better.
We were allowed to be tenants of this wonderful house with our family. We were warmly received by our landlords. The handover of the house was perfect. A house with many accents and furnished to feel comfortable. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

Dream accommodation in Davos
Hello everyone, we from the BSV/SBW Skicross Regional Team would like to thank the Hofmann family. We had a great time with them in their dream house Iglos. The house is in top condition, in a great location and very clean. We were there with 7 athletes and had great space. We will be back again

Furnished with pictures and sculptures from the creative period of the international designer, artist and sculptor ERNES IGL, extended by me, his son Till Hofmann and his grandson Tom Hofmann, cared for by my wife and daughter, the house offers not only cosiness and well-being, but also the reliability of a family that has made it its goal to put its guests first. The wellness area on 2 floors makes both the holidaymaker's heart beat faster after skiing or hiking and the seminar participant enjoy the longed-for peace and quiet. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sculpture garden by ERNEST HOFMANN - IGL and, with a little expertise, also find many an approach to eroticism.
