The holiday flat impresses with its bright and friendly atmosphere. The living area is cosily furnished and has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table invites you to eat and socialise together.

Schmitten, Albula is a charming village in the Swiss mountain landscape dating back to the 17th century.
The Katrin holiday flat in Schmitten near Davos is quietly located in an apartment building on the outskirts of the village. The village of Schmitten lies on the sunny terrace of the Albula valley and offers a very pleasant climate. From the underground car park with parking space belonging to the house, there is direct access to the staircase with lift to the 2nd residential floor. The 2.5 room flat with 51 square metres consists of a large living room with a corner balcony facing south and west. An entrance hallway connects the living room with separate kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom with WC.
Shopping facilities are available in the Prima village shop in the centre of the village, where there is also a bus stop for connections to Davos, Lenzerheide or onwards to Tiefencastel, Chur and Filisur. The bus stop is approx. 300 metres from the house and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
