The spacious 4 1/2 room flat on the 1st floor of the modern apartment house 'Casa al Lag' offers comfortable space for 6 people. Due to the very large range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, it is ideal for winter as well as summer holidays with the whole family. The access to the garage, which also belongs to the flat, is problem-free even in winter due to the favourable location. During the ski season, the ski bus, which stops 80m away, takes you every 20 minutes to the Murschetg valley station (2km), to Flims or to Falera. For children there is also a free practice ski lift and a glass igloo bar about 500m away. In winter the lake is open for ice skating, walking or curling when the temperatures are right and in summer you can swim directly in front of the flat.

Location and surroundings of object
The Laax is located immediately in front of the house, invites both in winter and in summer fun activities. Thus, among other things, also this year an art ice rink constructed with a glass igloo restaurant. Once the ice of the lake is sufficiently thick each, the lake becomes a natural ice rink and is ideal for skating and curling. In the summer, it is perfect for swimming and sunning.

Top equipped holiday flat, suitable for family
Nice contact with the landlords, who are very accommodating and helpful. Flat and especially kitchen well equipped. Washing machine hidden in the front of the kitchen ;-) . Small balcony with view to the lake
Flat super clean, freshly renovated. You feel at home right away
Suitable for winter holidays: Skis can be stored in the garage. Garage parking or parking space for car. Flat well warm, with underfloor heating. Ski bus stop within easy reach (approx. 3 min walk). The valley station of the skiing area can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Quiet location in winter
In Laax and Flims for high cars/cars with roof box: Caution: underground car park height limited to 2.2 m.... .
