Live (max. two) in a centrally and quietly located 1-bedroom flat (53 sqm) with an unobstructed view of the magnificent Davos mountain landscape. The flat with lift and garage is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building in Davos Platz. We have renovated the flat and furnished it to a high standard with charm and care. From the hallway you reach the bathroom with WC, a small kitchen, a light-flooded, large living-dining-bedroom with approx. 33 m² and access to the sunny south-west-facing balcony (approx. 5 m²). Two high-quality cupboard beds (folded out = double bed) and 2 single beds in an alcove invite you to spend the night. Enjoy the sunset over the red glowing Grisons Alps from the balcony.
Due to the Corona pandemic, special hygiene measures are being taken!

In 5 minutes on foot you are in the centre of Davos-Platz as well as at the bus stop (buses to all ski and hiking areas). There you will also find supermarkets, retail shops, kiosk with newspapers, etc. The train station and the Jakobshorn cable car are about 12 minutes away on foot

At an altitude of 1560 metres, the world-famous climatic health resort of Davos guarantees a high level of snow reliability in winter and a very pleasant climate in summer. Davos owes its almost year-round fog-free weather zone to this location. The intact mountain landscape offers unforgettable skiing and hiking experiences as well as relaxation in the high mountain climate. Skiers will find 310 km of ski slopes of all levels of difficulty up to 2844 metres above sea level and 75 km of cross-country ski trails. Hikers and mountaineers can enjoy magnificent views of the Davos and Graubünden mountains on easy to difficult tours (700 km of marked hiking trails). Lonely mountain inns invite you to relax and enjoy, as do wellness, shopping and cultural facilities (Kirchner Museum, restaurants, discos, theatre, concert, cinema ...). In summer you can enjoy the fresh water in Lake Davos, tan on the lakeside meadow and relax while the red train of the Rhaetian Railway whistles through the woods.
