Description
Detached 5.5 room holiday home for 2-8 persons without commission directly from the owner with large enclosed garden (approx. 800 sqm) and two garages as well as an additional parking space in front of the building. The house offers a living area of approx. 160 sqm with open construction with a clear view from the living gallery to the kitchen floor with tiled stove and long dining table. The seating area on the gallery under the open roof beams invites to extended TV (Sat-TV/Metz-TV) and game evenings. 4 bedrooms offer best sleeping comfort for up to 8 persons. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher (Bauknecht), toaster, fridge-freezer, oven (Bauknecht), kettle, microwave, etc. Washing machine and dryer are in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are located on the lower floors. In the spirit of deceleration we consciously do without internet and landline telephone. A large terrace rounds off the facilities. There are 2 bathrooms with tub and window as well as two separate WC's with window.

Directions: Coming from Thusis, drive through to the end of Alvaneu-Dorf, before leaving the village take the last left up the hill, 5th house on the right. Coming from Davos, in Alvaneu-Dorf take the first right up the hill, 5th house on the right
The holiday home Casa Albula is located in Alvaneu-Dorf (the "sun terrace in the Albula valley"), it is only 3 km to the thermal baths (bath, sauna, steam bath, massages, physiotherapy, ) and golf club in Alvaneu-Bad. Already in Alvaneu-Dorf there is a small ski lift, which is well suited for children, the top ski regions Davos and Lenzerheide can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Hikes can be undertaken directly from the house. Flims with its crystal-clear mountain lake ("Strandbad Caumasee") and clean beach is also about 35 minutes away by car.

The deposit or payment of the rental price is to be made to the business account belonging to the house at Raiffeisenbank Mittelbünden. |
