Very nice and perfectly maintained detached vacation home in Denia incl. separate guest house with bedroom and bathroom, only 300m from les Deveses beach, with the most beautiful sandy beach on this stretch of coast.
The house is located on the Carretera les Marines Racons a Denia
It has 3 bedrooms, two with a bed 150cm x 190cm and one with two single beds 90cm x 190m,
3 bathrooms with shower. A cozy living-dining room with adjoining open and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs
Gas heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Air conditioning in the living room.
A great 70m2 terrace with outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and a sitting lunge
A large gazebo protects you from the hot sun in the summer. You will also find a gas grill in the small outdoor kitchen
The beautiful view from the terrace and the short distance to the beach and sea make the house an ideal vacation home.

Dream Villa
We booked the villa in September 2025. Top price, perfect amenities. The location is perfect. The landlord is very, very nice. Booking was uncomplicated. The landlord is always available for questions. This villa is more than 100 percent recommended. We of course booked for 2026. Thank you again very much.
