Villa Carisma is situated in a quiet residential area, with pine trees all around, on the magnificent Montgo massif in a sunny hillside location. The beautifully planted garden is set around the house and tiled, wide steps lead around both sides of the house. From the street level of the cul-de-sac and the garage, a few steps lead down to the house entrance. A small hallway leads into the living/dining area and to the kitchen. The two well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are off to the side. From the living/dining room as well as from one bedroom you step out through large French doors onto the terrace with beautiful views to the sea and the harbour of Denia. The covered terrace with awning invites you to dine with your loved ones and let your gaze wander. You can keep an eye on your children in the pool from here, as a staircase leads off to the side of the covered terrace to the pool level with adjoining terrace and lush Mediterranean plants. This dining area can also be protected from the stairs by a side awning. With air conditioning in the bedrooms, fast fibre optic internet, a large smart TV and stereo system, you will find everything you need for your well-being in Villa Carisma.
Villa Carisma is ideally suited for your holiday in all seasons due to its sunny location, as well as the appliances installed in 2022: the modern, economical central heating boiler and the two new air-conditioning units with A+ quality seal. Room layout Qm Living area: 99 plot 962 sqm Bedrooms: 2 One with 1 double bed, 1 mattress, 1.60 wide x 2 m long, each with 2 bedside cabinets, two-door built-in wardrobe, A/C, French window with mesh door in front as exit to the covered terrace, mosquito net. No outside blinds but fixed grey curtains for darkening. Bathroom en suite. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, each 0.90 x 2 m wide, these can also be pushed together, 2 bedside cabinets, double-door built-in wardrobe, window facing the entrance to the house with mosquito net, curtain and bars.

Bathroom: 2, one en-suite, with round bath and shower attachment, 3 windows behind, (when the door is open you can see down to the sea through the large floor window in the bedroom; washbasin, WC, small cupboard, shelf. 2nd bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, window. With dining table and 4 chairs. Awning to the front and awning to the side which closes off the passage and can be hooked into place. Tiled steps lead around the house. Pool size: 8 x 4 Depth: with Roman steps (5 steps) and handrail, depth at the front of the steps approx. 1.5 m - at the back approx. 2.20 m, with interior lighting. No outside shower.
