At the main entrance, a carport for your car and the entrance to the property.
The spacious property offers many opportunities to find a quiet, sunny or shady corner.
The house has two terraces, one of which is covered and protected from the wind, so you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. The other terrace provides you the opportunity to soak up the sun without interruptions and to unwind.
The 8x4 meter kidney shaped swimming pool (including outdoor shower) donates great cooling for the whole family.

The house is located on the Costa Blanca, in the city of Denia/Spain, in a very quiet area, at the foot of the Montgo. Denia is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Mediterranean and is often referred to as the "gateway to the Costa Blanca."
The mild and healthy Mediterranean climate with a pleasant average of +20° C throughout the year, as well as the cheerful and open-minded lifestyle of the residents, attract numerous tourists to the city every year.

Dreamlike House
The house is super well-equipped and very well furnished. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The location is simply breathtaking and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. We especially enjoyed the peace and will definitely come back again.

Great holiday
A holiday in a fantastically beautiful area, the last house on the mountain. The house had everything you need for a holiday. With the car you are flexible and can reach all the big and also the small places quickly. We were also lucky with the weather for March, almost only sun and pleasantly warm. The pool is not heated, of course, but we used it anyway.
We can recommend the house without reservations.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Denia
The holiday home of the Jäger family is beautiful, extremely clean, very elegant, and excellently equipped. My wife and I had a great holiday here and we immediately fell in love with the holiday home. A stay without a car is not possible. In the two weeks in September 2019, we felt very comfortable and well-rested. The cleanliness, elegance, and equipment of the house contributed to this. We also felt absolutely safe there during the two weeks. We can therefore fully recommend the house and if we were to vacation in the area again, the domicile would certainly be our first choice. Therefore, 5 stars with an additional bonus point (can't go higher). This is an honest review from two experienced Spain vacationers. Angela and Albert Böhm from Essen.

Beautiful house with a great pool, in a perfect location
We were very warmly welcomed and had a good introduction to the house. A rich fruit basket and water were given to us as a welcome gift.
The house has a fantastic location on the mountain, with few neighbors.
We are very enthusiastic about the very beautiful house with a pool. It leaves nothing to be desired and is particularly impressive in its high-quality furnishings, well-maintained condition, and perfect cleanliness. Great that there is also a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a flat-screen TV with all German channels. Children's books and games are also available. Great terrace with a view of Montgo (which we also climbed). There is also a Weber grill. We felt completely comfortable and did not want to leave!
It is advisable to have a car.
Denia and the surrounding area offer a lot, and we also took trips to Valencia and Alicante to explore the area. The beaches are also very beautiful, and shopping opportunities are abundant.
We can highly recommend the house and will certainly come back again.
Mrs. Jäger also provided us with a lot of information and tips in advance, and the processing was fast, uncomplicated, and friendly.

Top Urlaub
We had the pleasure of spending a holiday at the house of the Jäger family for 2 weeks.
The house is very tastefully furnished and lovingly maintained.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The peaceful location at the foot of Montgo offers dreamlike tranquility and pure relaxation.
The rental process, as well as the handover and return, were flawless.
We will gladly come back!
