The city center of Denia is aprox. 1,5 km away. The nearest beach is aprox. 1,2 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 1km away, a LIDL and a big CONSUM supermarket. The nearest bar is 150m away from the house. They the also serve breakfast and in the summertime you can buy in the morning fresh bread and pastry and have a drink and some tapas on the terrace till late at night. 300m away from the house you find a nice restaurant with sun terrace. A 3 course meal with beverage they serve for € 9,50. In Denia you have a modern hospital and English speaking doctors. Denia is located on the northern Costa Blanca exactly in the middle of the Spanish cultural cities of Alicante and Valencia and is known for its beautiful, over 20 km long and wide sandy beaches that invite visitors with more than 300 sunny days a year, not only for bathing. Denia is a picturesque seaside town on the Mediterranean with Mediterranean charm, nestled in a beautiful landscape and has - thanks to the special situation - the recognized best climate in Europe. Delicious gastronomy, a good infrastructure, various sports and shopping facilities and a very interesting area with many excursions possibilities.

Fully equipped holiday home with great service.
We booked Villa Santa Maria for the first time. The pleasant contact with Mrs. Pieroth-Pickel, providing us with information before our trip, convinced us from the beginning and set the mood perfectly. We felt very comfortable in Villa Santa Maria. I think we have never had such a fully equipped vacation home before. The cherry on top was the beautiful weather in Denia, which spoiled us greatly. House,

Simply wonderful.
A dreamy holiday home. Nothing was missing. Family Pickel offers great service, from booking to departure. The house is very well-maintained and cozy. It is very difficult for us to leave again.

House with all comforts and a feel-good atmosphere
We stayed at the wonderful Villa Santa Maria for New Year's Eve 2019/2020. I have been to many vacation homes or apartments, but I have never experienced such comfort. There was truly nothing missing! We all felt very, very comfortable, but unfortunately, a week passes by very quickly. From booking to departure, we were in very good hands with you! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank you for all your tips, effort, and help! You are simply great and excellent hosts. Keep it up and take care of yourselves. Villa Santa Maria - Pickel Family
We stayed with our son and our dog in the beautiful Villa Santa Maria. The house, the garden, the pool, and the care by the Pickel family were perfect. We did not want to go home. The surroundings are also beautiful, and we will definitely come back.

Der nette Kontakt mit Frau Pieroth-Pickel mit der Vorab-Versorgung von Informationen rund um unsere Reise hat uns von Anfang überzeugt und sehr gut eingestimmt.
Vor Ort haben wir uns in der Villa Santa Maria sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ich glaube, wir hatten noch nie ein so vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.
Das I-Tüpfelchen war dann das schöne Wetter in Denia, das uns sehr verwöhnt hat. Haus,
Ferienort und der Service von "Pickel und Partner" sind absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden sicherlich zu Wiederholungstätern.
Weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll…… ihr seit der absolute Wahnsinn? Max und das Team haben alles gegeben und noch mehr? Wir sind absolut begeistert von eurer Dienstleistung und das Herz das dahinter steckt.
Für uns war ganz schnell klar, dass wir unbedingt wider in die Villa Santa Maria und zu euch kommen wollen?
Wir bedanken uns für alles was sie für uns gemacht haben und vorfallen mit so viel Herz Blut
Haben gestern meine Schwester und ihr Mann verabschiedet, die bleiben jetzt im Paradies (Dénia) bis Ende Jahr und da wir 2 auch nicht warten können, kommen wir anfangs November für einige Tage auf Besuch ????

Die villa Santa Maria ist top versorgt mit schoner garten und schwimmbad der mehrmals gut versorgt wurde.
Einstiger minuspunkt ist die mit glas zu gemachte wunderschone typisch spanische terasse mit ihren runden bogen. Ist vieleicht ok fur den winter, aber das glas musste nicht sein. Wenns jemand kalt oder zu viel wind dann hilft eine decke oder kan mann rein ins gemuhtliche wohnzimmer.
Top- WLAN und TV sender
Bester lage mit gutes typisch spanisches restaurant auf kurzer laufdistanz links den weg runter und kleine gemuhtliche spanische bar mit kleineren karte rechts den weg hoch.
Mann fuhlt sich zu hause und rundum wohl.
Mann merkt gut das diese top-vermieter wissen wie sie es ihren mietern gut tun.
Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt unsere beiden Hunde konnten wir auch allein draussen lassen ohne das sie ausbüxen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Auch die ganze Abwicklung der Buchung war sehr gut, wir bekamen ausreichend Informationen.
Liebe Familie Pickel, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Villa Santa Maria. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Urlaub im September in Ihrer Ferienvilla Marquesa die wir uns schon ansehen durften.

wir, das sind die Eheleute Heike und Udo Adämmer, haben unseren 2 wöchigen Sommerurlaub gemeinsam mit zwei befreundeten Paaren im Juli 2017 in der Villa Santa Maria verbracht. Als nachhaltig ist bei uns der Eindruck geblieben, dass die Bilder und Angaben zur Villa im Internet in keinem Fall übertrieben oder geschönt waren.
Die Ausstattung aller Räume insbesondere der Küche, der Zustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks und auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren wirklich klasse. Besonders toll fanden wir den Pool, der auch uns -6- Erwachsene zu der ein oder anderen sportlichen Aktivität anspornte und uns auch nach der Rückkehr aus der Altstadt zu später Stunde noch zu einem Sprung ins kühle Nass verleitete. Der große Garten mit seinen Liegestühlen und die unterschiedlichen Terrassen boten jedem von uns auch die Möglichkeit mal komplett abzuschalten und ein Buch zu lesen oder auch ein Nickerchen zu machen.
Die Villa hat wirklich alles, was einem den Sommerurlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis werden lässt.
Aber auch die Stadt Denia selbst, insbesondere die Altstadt, bietet dem Besucher viele Alternativen schöne Abende zu verbringen. Die von uns besuchten Restaurants waren wirklich alle gut und das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte.
Wir sind alle der Meinung, Denia war und ist eine erneute Reise wert. Wo wir uns dann um eine Villa bemühen ist ja wohl klar, oder?

Familie Adämmer und Freunde
Wir waren mit 6 Personen einem Hunden und 2 Autos angereist, die Autos konnten problemlos auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden (mit etwas Jonglieren). Die Ausstattung der Villa ist top, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht genügend Platz und sehr gepflegt. Fantastisch war aber auch der Garten mit dem coolen Pool und dem gedeckten Pool-Sitzplatz. Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Das Haus war in einem Super Zustand. Insbesondere: Betten, Dusche, Klimaanlage, Küchengeräte, genügend Kühlschränke usw.
Besser hätte man es selbst kaum Einrichten können, es wurde echt an alles gedacht.
Das das gesamte Haus klimatisiert ist, kommt in der Beschreibung gar nicht zum Vorschein. (Könnte man noch ergänzen)
