At the foot of the Montgo, Denia's local mountain, you will find this well-maintained, well-equipped villa with a main flat for 6 people on the upper floor and an additional flat on the garden floor for 3 people. For the smallest visitors, a cot, a high chair and two buggies are available free of charge.
Relax in the large garden with private pool and sunbathing areas - eight sun loungers and a parasol are available - or on the elevated terraces with beautiful views to the mountain or the old town of Denia.
The entire property with a plot size of 830 sqm is protected and closed off from the outside by walls and hedges. Through an electric rolling gate you can reach the garage and the parking space in front of the flat door on the property.
Flat on the upper floor
The flat with internet connection via WLAN consists of 3 double bedrooms with sleeping possibilities for 6 persons. Via the spacious living room with open kitchen you reach the two covered terraces. Depending on the position of the sun and your personal preferences, you will always find the ideal place to stay - sunny to shady.
There are two bathrooms, each with WC and washbasin, one bathroom is equipped with a shower tray.
You can use the large garden including seating area, illuminated pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower and charcoal barbecue or smoker.
Everyone, including the residents of the flat on the garden floor, can then eat together on the terrace. A gas barbecue is available here.
In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available for use. An iron and an ironing board are also available. There is also a safe in the house for your valuables.
The living space without terraces is approx. 115 sqm. The two terraces have a size of approx. 47 sqm, so in total you have approx. 162 sqm at your disposal on the upper floor.

- Terrace with large table and chairs for 6 people and gas barbecue and another terrace with round table and chairs 4 people
The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with central air conditioning (cold/warm) and infrared radiators.
Flat on the garden floor
The 56 sqm flat consists of a living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this flat the ceiling height is approx. 2.05 m to 2.10 m. One doorway is only 1.68 m high.

Gerne kommen wir wieder
Wir, fünf Frauen aus dem Westerwald, durften eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen. Dieses Haus verfügt nicht nur über eine gute Ausstattung, sondern gibt einem sofort das Gefühl von Angekommen sein. Das liegt nicht nur an dem freundlichen Empfang mit Willkommensgruß- und Getränk, sondern auch an dem gepflegten Zustand von Haus und Garten.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter, Verwalter und uns verlief einwandfrei.
Gerne kommen wir wieder um diese entspannende Umgebung zu genießen.

Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen
Wir waren im Juni 2021 in diesem Ferienhaus in Denia. Dieses Haus war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben uns von Anfang unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer des Hauses haben es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Einen so tollen Empfang hatten wir noch nie. Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett. Der Pool und das ganze Grundstück war gepflegt. Fazit: Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und wir kommen wieder.

Great house that leaves hardly anything to be desired
Great house that leaves hardly anything to be desired. Large pool and spacious rooms.
Local, shopping facilities, beach and harbour can be reached quickly by car.
Very nice and helpful is also the administrator on site to mention.
All in all we had a lot of space with 7 people and a very nice holiday at a good price.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit großem Privatpool.
Das Ferienhaus hat absolut unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.
Man kann von der Terrasse beim Grillen sogar das Meer sehen.
Für unsere kleine Tochter war auch ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und das Haus war sehr sauber.
Insgesamt können wir das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
