The house is located on the border between Oliva and Denia, 500 m from the beautiful St. Ana beach in a dead end of a Urbanizazion.
Designed in the natural dunes, Severiano Ballesteros golf course is approximately 3 km away, a work designed by M. Olazabal golf course is 17 km away. Other sports facilities include tennis, horse riding, swimming, water skiing, excellent windsurfing conditions, fishing. In Benidoleig there is a cave, the picturesque Moorish-style old town of Denia invites you to stroll. Promenade is the Marques de Campo. Beautiful beaches and an exclusive marina.

What a wonderful house in a great location.
We were with two children and grandma in this great holiday home.
Everyone had their own air-conditioned room, some with en-suite bathroom.
There was really nothing missing. The house is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The outdoor area is very nice and the pool is very clean and clear.
The location is fantastic. It takes about ten minutes on foot to the (also quite empty even in high season) fine sandy beach.
It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Denia, the nearest discount store is about. 5 minutes away.
The location is quiet in a cul-de-sac.
In summary, a 100% recommendation.
We would gladly come back.

Recommendation
This year we were again very satisfied with Villa Eva. We lacked nothing in the 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. It is very quiet and you can enjoy your holiday in peace. The nearby sandy beach (about 10 minutes walk) is very clean and invites you to linger. It is very suitable for children as it is very shallow in the sea.

Dear guests, my family, man, I, our 4 children and 2 grandchildren have us a few years ago fulfilled a dream and bought this villa. It has become a little relaxing paradise we would like to apply to other families. Otherwise, we still live in the Black Forest between Stuttgart and Lake Constance.
