Description
Our cozy Villa Harmony is located just 500 m from the expansive Les Marines beach. Shopping facilities, cafeterias, and restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The building has 2 living levels. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with direct access to the winter garden and to the garden with a pool. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with bathroom. From the bedroom you can access the large sun terrace with a wide view of the park and Denia's local mountain Montgó. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows.
Dear dogs are welcome by arrangement!
Smoking in the house is not permitted!

Welcome to our holiday Townhouse in Spain
in Denia-Las Marinas!
Our well-equipped beach-front cottage is located in a quiet, small complex, which has a magnificent palm garden and a large communal pool. The house has a private terrace and direct access to the pool. It is very tastefully furnished and has everything to spend a nice holiday.
The pool is manageable from the terrace. There is also a small children's pool.
Our townhouse has a superb location. The area La Giralda is surrounded by orange groves.
In the green and still only a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches, Las Marinas and a few minutes drive from the center of Denia, you will find rest to recover, but to enjoy also the vibrant life with a Mediterranean flair around.
In unmettelbarer Nearby are restaurants, cafes, shopping and sports facilities.
Beach of Las Marinas:
The beautiful long sandy beach can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
The beach is clean and ideal for children because it is slightly sloping.
At the beach you will find:

Relaxing holiday
We were in Villa Harmony with 6 people this July and felt very comfortable all around. The house is very nice, the location leaves nothing to be desired, and everything you need is there.
We will definitely come back.

Always willingly
After spending several weeks in this house for the 8th time, we would like to give a review. In many holiday homes, one has the feeling that the bulky furniture of the homeowners is being transported from Germany or wherever to Spain, because the house is "only" there for renting to guests. This is not the case with this house. It is modern, bright, and furnished with attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the beautiful garden furniture. The location is great with a beach, shopping opportunities, and proximity to the city.
We usually rent the house just for two, but our daughter with her husband and grandchild also love to visit us here - there is enough space. An important detail for us: our little dog feels comfortable too!

A successful vacation
We were guests at Villa Harmony for 4 weeks and felt very comfortable in the cozy furnished house. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our well-being. Villa Harmony is located in an ideal location. The house is well maintained and quiet. It takes 7 minutes on foot to get to the beach and about 10 minutes to Denia town by car. For shopping, there is a Consum nearby. There is also a very good Italian restaurant 160m from the villa. A completely beautiful holiday thanks to the accommodation and the excellent care. If the next period fits, we would book the house again immediately.

Sehr schöne Villa
We spent 2 great weeks in this beautiful holiday home. Everything was as described, central yet quiet location. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and pleasant.
