Description
The cosy terraced house is distributed over 2 floors and consists of a living room with exit to the terrace with a private garden, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a covered terrace on the upper floor with a view of the mountains with beautiful sunsets. New mosquito nets have been installed on all windows.
The house sleeps up to 4 people and stands out with a beautiful communal garden and pool. Parking is available in the fenced compound.
Rental from June to September is only possible by the week, arrival and departure only on Saturdays.
Long-term or winter rental is from November to April, from 8 weeks rental period.

If arrival is not possible due to legal travel or holiday bans, you can cancel your booking free of charge.

Everything top
The facility is very beautiful, everything is super clean and well maintained. The house is beautiful, everything is available. You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and passion. The location is also perfect, the sun shines on the garden terrace in the morning, and in the evening you can see wonderful sunsets on the upper terrace. We felt very comfortable and at home here, as did our little dog. The whole process was uncomplicated, everything worked perfectly. So, we would love to come back.

Super nice holiday home
Everything super.
The holiday home was furnished with love. Everything modern and everything there.
Very clean.
The beach is just a short walk away and the town is not too far away.
The handover of the keys also went well.

Pleasant holiday home for wintering
We stayed in the well-equipped, lovingly furnished holiday home of the Muss family from mid-January to mid-April 2023. It becomes clear very quickly that the house is also used by the owners themselves. It is impressive how well-maintained the house and the grounds are. The contact with Mrs. Muss and the caretaker was always flawless. The beach is very easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und zur Verwalterin war sehr gut und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen.
Wir haben das Haus in einen super sauberen Zustand übergeben bekommen. Es fehlt dort an nichts.Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer/Badezimmer bieten genügend Platz.
Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt der Pool ist prima.
Kurz gesagt wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.
