In the midst of a mature village, the 60 m² Reethus Adeline, which was completed in 2007 and is child-friendly for up to 6 people, awaits you with a high-quality holiday home with a thatched roof and playful bay windows in the direct vicinity of other thatched-roof houses. Situated on a small private road with other thatched-roof houses, only 250 metres from the kilometre-long sandy beach, you can enjoy your holiday in the child-friendly holiday home with large sun terrace, half of which is covered with a glass roof for weather-independent use, and garden. Sun loungers on the sun terrace offer pure relaxation. With a wide, white sandy beach and a picturesque cliff, Wohlenberg offers relaxing bathing, hiking and cycling for the whole family. The shallow water is particularly suitable for children to swim in and is a lot warmer in the bay than in the rest of the Baltic Sea.
The proximity to Lübeck and Wismar offers further incentives for a varied holiday at Reethus Adeline with a visit to these traditional Hanseatic cities.

Wohlenberg is in the immediate vicinity of Germany's second oldest Baltic Sea resort, the Baltic Sea spa Boltenhagen. The picturesque landscape & the long sandy beaches invite you to swim, hike and cycle. A pirate open-air theatre, concerts, museums, open studios & historic castles & manor houses offer further attractive opportunities to diversify your holiday. The past comes alive in the historic Hanseatic cities of Wismar & Lübeck. Many cultural opportunities, a zoo, restaurants, cinema, concert and theatre appeal to different interests. The adventure pool in Wismar and the thermal bath in Boltenhagen offer further fun and bathing opportunities for the whole family. Wohlenberger Wiek, a paradise for dog lovers
Holiday home was clean inside, which cannot be said of the outdoor area (spider webs everywhere on the windows, the beach basket had to be cleaned by us first, as it served as a residence for various unspeakable spider species). Perhaps as a home agent, one could have checked and removed them beforehand. The way to the beach leads over a staircase with four levels that was not cleaned once in our 14-day stay (broken glass bottle, shards everywhere). Regarding the beach, all I can say is it is a natural beach, as described, cigarette butts, cigarette packs, and trash everywhere. The best comes last, nowhere on the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania coast have we witnessed such impudence and ignorance of dog owners. Dogs are allowed to run off-leash on the beach, sand castles built by children are used as toilets by the dogs, in front of the children's eyes, parents who approached the dog owners about this were verbally attacked. The dog beach was about 300 m away, but the dog owners didn't care at all. A beach fee of 2€ per person per day is charged for beach visitors, but the municipality of Klütz, which is responsible for this beach, does not feel able to take care of it. In conclusion, families with young children (without a dog) should look for alternatives, as consideration and understanding of dog owners have not yet arrived at Wohlenberger Strand (because where there is no dog beach, there is no place for a dog).

Da diese Einzelbewertung nach nunmehr 10 Jahren immer noch präsent ist, sehen wir uns veranlasst, hierzu etwas zu antworten.
Es tut uns sehr leid, wenn dieser Urlauber diese Erfahrung gemacht hat! Es ist eine absolute Einzelmeldung, die nur bedingt begründet ist.
Spinnweben lassen sich bei einem Reetdachhaus, das in einer Umgebung mit Bäumen und vielen Blumen steht, nie ausschließen. Die Außenfassade unseres Ferienhauses wir mehrmals im Jahr gefegt, jedoch nicht nach jeder Belegung, so dass es immer sein kann, dass Spinnenweben an den äußeren Fensterrahmen und am Dachüberstand vorhanden sind. Wir bitten hierfür um Verständnis.
Die von diesem Urlauber formulierten Erfahrungen am Strand können wir so nicht bestätigen. Der Strand und auch die Strandzugänge werden im Sommer regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Hundestrand ist gesondert ausgewiesen und deutlich vom übrigen Strand abgetrennt. Es tut uns leid, wenn einige Hundebesitzer sich an diese Regelung nicht halten. Wir haben dergleichen in dieser Form jedoch noch nicht erlebt und es ist uns auch von keinem weiteren Gast entsprechendes rückgemeldet worden.
Eine Strandgebühr wird nur für externe Strandbesucher erhoben. Die Gäste unseres Ferienhauses haben mit der Kurkarte jederzeit freien Zugang zum Strand in der Wohlenberger Wiek.
