The holiday home has a large roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and a sunny garden terrace, each furnished with wooden garden furniture. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a music system. The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine
3 bedrooms (double bed each 2.00 m x 1.80 m, single bed each 2.00 x 0.90 m) ensure relaxing hours.
On the ground floor you will find a hallway, 1 bedroom with double bed and baby cot, 1 bathroom with shower, sauna, relaxation room with 2 relaxation loungers, TV and CD radio, garden access. On the upper floor you will find 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living & dining room with kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and the covered roof terrace with Baltic Sea view. In the attic there is a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot. The bedrooms have cork floors, the ground floor is completely tiled. Two cots, two highchairs and toys are available for our little guests. The DHH Wismar has from 01.01.2022 a charging station of 22 KW for your electric car directly at the house, these electricity costs are paid separately.

Cancellation terms:
Termination of the Lease Agreement a. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the lease if the deposit agreed in the lease is not received by the landlord's account on time (bank details according to the lease). b. The cancellation of the lease by the tenant must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the landlord charges the tenant a flat fee of EUR 26,- plus VAT (currently 19%) to compensate for the increased effort or offers a rebooking to another available period at no additional cost. The tenant is allowed to prove that the landlord had processing costs of a lesser amount. Additionally, the tenant must compensate for the damage incurred by the landlord due to the cancellation. The landlord is obligated to re-let the period immediately after receiving the cancellation. In this case, no further costs arise for the tenant except for the processing fee. If it is not possible to re-let the cancelled period, either in whole or in part, the landlord charges the tenant a damage flat rate, which is as follows: A damage flat rate of 20% of the rental amount is charged if the tenant cancels the booking within the period from the conclusion of the lease up to 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the lease is cancelled 6 to 2 weeks before arrival, a damage flat rate of 40% of the rental costs is charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days to the day of arrival, the tenant is obligated to pay the entire rental amount, minus the landlord's saved expenses (flat 10% of the rental amount). With the landlord's approval, the tenant can provide a substitute tenant who takes over the rights and obligations of the lease. Therefore, the landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
