Description
You live in a spacious, child-friendly holiday home for up to 6 people on approx. 70 m² of living space. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The 1st bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a fixed cot 60x120. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 separate beds, 2 of which can be pulled out for a 3rd and 4th person, a child's travel bed and a changing table. On the ground floor there is a 3rd bedroom with a comfort bed (1m x 2m). All beds have adjustable slatted frames
All rooms are equipped with TV.
There is a shower room on the upper floor. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor
In the living area there is a spacious, modern sitting area and a large dining area for 6 people each. A children's high chair is also available
The holiday home is equipped with cable TV in the living room and in the two bedrooms upstairs with sky reception as well as W-LAN. In addition, there is a BlueRay player and a music system with radio and CD player in the living room.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, waffle iron, egg cooker, blender, toaster, etc. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate room

A cosy south-facing terrace with a beach chair and comfortable patio furniture as well as a large charcoal grill and an electric grill complete the beautiful ambience.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located directly on the North Sea coast. A landscaped lagoon with a sandy beach and tidal compensation, so that even at low tide you can swim in the sea water, and a play barn that is open all year round and equipped with lots of playground equipment (slides, trampoline, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of our holiday home offer fun and relaxation for the whole family. Admission to the North Sea lagoon and the play barn is free for guests of our holiday home
A small indoor swimming pool with wellness area in the holiday home complex also offers pure relaxation. A fee is charged only for the use of the sauna with steam sauna.
An extensive green beach, the North Sea tidal flats and a small fishing harbour invite you to explore and linger.

Great for relaxation, especially with kids.
Ideal for a family with children. The holiday home was very well maintained. Located in a quiet residential area with good shopping facilities nearby.
