Description
Holiday home with 2 living units of 60 m² each. Each with 2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchenette and spacious living-dining room. Both flats are equipped with a wood-burning stove, the upper flat with a sauna. Each flat is equipped with TV and stereo, and the kitchens with all cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.(No coin-operated machines) Self-catering.
Pets are allowed downstairs by arrangement.
Cot is provided free of charge Rent includes all utilities such as water, firewood and electricity. Bed linen can be provided for a fee. In the high season, only a booking from Friday to Friday is possible.
All holidays that fall on a weekday will be charged with the main season price of 140,00€. The costs for the are 85,00€. For sauna and washing machine use, a piggy bank is available for voluntary filling.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a new holiday home area with approx. 60 holiday homes on a small hill at the Baltic Sea beach of the Wohlenberger Wiek. Our holiday home is situated on the southern edge of a m² plot with a view southwards into the open countryside. The 4-kilometre-long natural beach is 250 metres away and can be reached by a direct path. The towns of Wismar (16 km) with its historic old town, the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen with its pier and seaside resort architecture (8 km), and Klütz with Bothmer Castle (6 km) are worth visiting. Lübeck (30km) and Schwerin (45km) are easy to reach and well worth a visit. Klütz or Grevesmühlen (10km) are recommended for shopping. There is a shopping centre in Gägelow (10km). Wohlenberg is connected to the Baltic Sea cycle path. The Klützer Winkel and especially the Wohlenberger Wiek is a place for an unforgettable holiday because of the extensive natural beach and the beauty of the landscape.
Zoo: The Wismar Zoo is 16 kilometres away, and the beautifully landscaped Bürgerpark is adjacent to the zoo.
Swimming pool: The Wonnemar adventure and fun pool offers swimming fun and wellness. It is located in the world heritage city of Wismar.
Golf: There is an 18-hole golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf (9 km).
Currently there are earthworks on the neighbouring property (few hours workdays), therefore the price is reduced.

Great accommodation
We felt very comfortable. The accommodation lacked nothing, even the firewood could be used free of charge! The sauna is heated up in 15 minutes and can be used by two people despite its small size. The location is outstanding, you can really get to the beach in 5 minutes via small paths and you can take the dog for a wonderful walk.
The development work did not bother us at all. We will definitely recommend this nice flat!

Everything is fine!
The house is very clean and nicely furnished. We liked the location with a view of the Baltic Sea and short distances to the beach etc. (about 5 minutes away). We would book the house again!
