Description
A House immediately on the water with 12 meters prop. Jetty. So immediately fishing, swimming or boating at the house, it is possible. The cottage has 2 or 3 bedrooms and is for 4 to 6 persons. Should there be a Third bedroom have then that has a bunk bed. Living room with TV (many German channels) dvd, kitchen with dish washing machine / oven and microwave and guest WC. Upstairs there are 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and ebentuel the third with bunk beds. Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Garden has terrace on the water and has a sunny position. Garden furniture / barbecue. Location Lemmer and beach Lemmer are located approximately 1 Km. From the complex. On site you will find a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf, sports & playground for children. You koenen welcome to bring a prop. Boat or rent a small boat to, we have some. Ask for the possibilities, you do not need a ticket! Pets are not allowed.

The house is located in a facility with several holiday houses. The facility has been built as Tortstuecke so that everyone in the garden has a great view. Each cottage is so near the water. There are several holiday houses juxtaposed, each his own garden. The facility is located about 1 km. Away from town center and beach. On site is a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf and sports-playing for children. Lemmer is an old fishing. Earlier, the inhabitants lived on fishing. not now but still it has a Maritieme Atmosphere and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Lemmer is on the IJsselmeer and the Friesissche lakes plates, so for Small and Big boats it is very suitable. Boating is very easy, you do not need a ticket. With a class. You could boot the lakeland: all, create times, make picnic, ice eat or go zwischenduerch swim times. Friesland's a flat country so well for cycling, it is very suitable.

Wunderschön
We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks in July 2022. The house is decorated with a lot of love. Everything we needed was available. The terrace with the boat dock was a dream. Aquastate is very friendly. Lemmer and the surrounding area are wonderful.

Top Ferienhaus
We spent a wonderful holiday week in this vacation home with our two children (8+10) and a friendly couple. The room layout was ideal for us, the guest toilet was great, and the many German TV channels made our children very happy. The furnishings were tastefully chosen, everything was new, undamaged, clean, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. Outside, the children could romp around, fish, swim, and of course, also go boating. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, a large leisure offer for young and old (leisure park, beach, zoo, and of course Amsterdam). We highly recommend this holiday home - everything was top-notch.
