A House immediately on the water with 12 meters prop. Jetty. So immediately fishing, swimming or boating at the house, it is possible. The cottage has 2 or 3 bedrooms and is for 4 to 6 persons. Should there be a Third bedroom have then that has a bunk bed. Living room with TV (many German channels) dvd, kitchen with dish washing machine / oven and microwave and guest WC. Upstairs there are 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and ebentuel the third with bunk beds. Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Garden has terrace on the water and has a sunny position. Garden furniture / barbecue. Location Lemmer and beach Lemmer are located approximately 1 Km. From the complex. On site you will find a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf, sports & playground for children. You koenen welcome to bring a prop. Boat or rent a small boat to, we have some. Ask for the possibilities, you do not need a ticket! Pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a facility with several holiday houses. The facility has been built as Tortstuecke so that everyone in the garden has a great view. Each cottage is so near the water. There are several holiday houses juxtaposed, each his own garden. The facility is located about 1 km. Away from town center and beach. On site is a supermarket, restaurant with terrace, mini golf and sports-playing for children. Lemmer is an old fishing. Earlier, the inhabitants lived on fishing. not now but still it has a Maritieme Atmosphere and is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Lemmer is on the IJsselmeer and the Friesissche lakes plates, so for Small and Big boats it is very suitable. Boating is very easy, you do not need a ticket. With a class. You could boot the lakeland: all, create times, make picnic, ice eat or go zwischenduerch swim times. Friesland's a flat country so well for cycling, it is very suitable.

Wunderschön
Wir waren im July 2022 für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es war alles, was man brauchte, vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Bootssteg ein Traum. Aquastate sind sehr freundlich. Lemmer und Umgebung wundschön.

Top Ferienhaus
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern(8+10) und einem befreundeten Ehepaar eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Zimmereinteilung war ideal für uns, das Gäste WC sowieso und die vielen deutschen TV Sender hat unsere Kinder natürlich ganz besonders gefreut. Die Einrichtung war sehr sehr geschmackvoll ausgesucht, alles war neu - unbeschädigt, sauber und gemütlich. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, sogar eine Abwaschmaschine hatten wir. Draussen konnten sich die Kinder austoben, angeln, baden und natürlich auch Boot fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, grosses Freizeitangebot für gross und klein ( Freizeitpark, Strand, Zoo und natürlich Amsterdam ) Dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen wir sehr gern weiter - alles war Top.
