Description

The holiday home is located in a complex near Lake de Brekken. Each holiday home is right on the water and has a private boat dock. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small boat as well. Boats can be rented from us without a license.

The garden has a southern exposure, lawn, and a waterside terrace. Sunshade and windbreak for the dining table, swimming ladder, and a swimming ladder are not missing.

Upon arrival, you can park right at the house. Max. 2 cars at the house. A boat trailer can be parked free of charge in the large parking lot.

The holiday home has a hallway with a guest WC and a storage room where bicycles can be stored. The living room is modernly equipped and has a sliding door to the garden, where a large terrace by the water awaits you. Dining table and an open kitchen.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed 180 cm wide, a wardrobe, and a fly screen. The guest room has 2 single beds as well as a mosquito net. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed 90x200 also with mosquito net. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower, toilet, and 2 sinks.

The house is ideal for a great vacation by the water. Boat can be docked at the pier. You can rent one or bring your own boat.

Lemmer is an old fishing village where you can still find a maritime atmosphere. The village of Lemmer is just under 2 kilometres from the holiday home and is easy to reach on foot, by bike or by car. Enjoy the terraces by the water, ice cream parlours and nice little shops.

Lemmer and the surrounding area are ideal for a cycling holiday, walking holiday or sailing holiday. We are happy to organise your holiday together. 1 day boating, then a cycle tour. We have everything in the house, so you will be completely unburdened.
