The rustic, identically renovated, homely and cozy holiday home (completely private, you are with your family/friends) is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut in the village of Ebensee, on the southern banks of Lake Traunsee in a sunny and quiet south-facing location, close to the hiking trail the Großer Sonnstein, opposite the Feuerkogel family skiing and hiking area, with a view of the Langbathtal and the Feuerkogel; The house has a total living area of approx. 150m2 and can accommodate 6-7 people. It has a terrace with garden furniture and a grill and a garden. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (with dishwasher, filter coffee machine), a living/dining room with TV, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), an open space with a desk and a single bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The holiday home is not barrier-free!
Parking available (1 private parking space belonging to the house - 8min walk to the house, or along the street - 5min walk to the house)
It is not possible to drive to the holiday home by car - the last 80m to the house can only be reached on foot via a short staircase and a footpath.

Walking, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, surfing at the River Wave - all on site, diagonally opposite the house, a small family ski area and also the Feuerkogel hiking area or the nearby Dachstein-West ski arena and hiking region - which connects 3 valleys, free bathing and swimming ( Traunsee, for example, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot), surfing in the nearby lido or Kyte (here is one of the largest Kyte hot spots in Europe), sailing, fishing, visiting thermal baths, city tours, salt mines, caves (Gassl stalactite cave, Dachstein ice cave),... ..or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and make yourself comfortable on the terrace of the holiday home or inside the living room and let your soul dangle...
Note for seniors: You should still be able to walk well, because, as mentioned above, the last 80m of the house can only be reached on foot.
