Description
From the terrace and the spacious garden you have a view of Lake Attersee, you can see the villages of Abtsdorf, Attersee and Weyregg, and you can recognise the Traunstein in the distance.
The house was built in the 1950s, is very well maintained and lovingly cared for. It comfortably accommodates up to eight people in three double and two single rooms. The large corner bench in the separate living/dining room invites all residents to share meals and sit together. In the small winter garden in front of it, you can enjoy breakfast against the backdrop of Lake Attersee even on cooler days.
Four of the five bedrooms have a lake view, one of the double rooms can also be used as a second living room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, capsule coffee machine and dishwasher. There are two completely new bathrooms with showers and WC and a washing machine.... A charcoal barbecue is available for the terrace. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the lockable garage. Our house offers pure peace and quiet, we ask you to also respect the neighbours' need for peace and quiet and to refrain from playing loud music outside.

House in a quiet location with a very beautiful view.
a few small suggestions for the vacation home. A cool storage room for drinks and groceries would be good. In terms of kitchen equipment, a bread machine wouldn't hurt either. Otherwise, it's a nice little house.
