The house is in 2nd lake row with beautiful view and the public bathing place is only a few minutes away. Parking in the underground garage (250m), whirlpool all year in operation and heatable up to 40 degrees, located on the lake and public lake access already in a few meters away. House with sound system in every room, completely renovated. Toys for children in the house and in the garden.

- One of them is equipped as a children's room with themed beds "pirate" and "car"
- But theme beds are normal beds and are also used by adults! ;-)
- Bedroom with double bed also has nice lake view and mountain view
