Small former farmhouse - all complete with lake view at the Traunsee and beautiful view to the mountains.
150 m² living space on 2 levels. 3 bedrooms with 2-3 beds each. Rustic parlour and furniture in the style of the "good old days". 6-person whirlpool in the garden with lake view, maximum 40 degrees and coloured light therapy - in operation all year round. Fenced area for children. Dogs are welcome - numerous excursions and walks in the area!

The house is located at the Großalmstraße in Altmünster with a wonderful panoramic view over the Traunsee and into the mountains. The house is a good starting point for numerous excursions in the region - Gmunden about 3 minutes away by car

At the lake (approx. 2 minutes by car) there are good possibilities for swimming in the Traunsee. Both in the lake directly or in 2 nearby swimming pools (Solarbad Altmünster, Strandbad Gmunden). Also for dogs some lake accesses available

Numerous excursion possibilities in the surroundings of Altmünster and Gmunden. Directly from the house 1x across the road you come to beautiful trails with a wonderful landscape and beautiful lake views.

Holiday / Wellness with dogs.
Dear Mizelli family,
my husband, I, and our 3 dogs felt very comfortable in your cozy, quaint but also modernly furnished holiday home "im Sacherl". We really enjoyed the whirlpool in late summer weather. The view from the house of the mountains and the lake is fantastic, all amenities such as shops, restaurants, are in close proximity.
We didn't miss anything, thank you very much to you Mr. Mizelli and for the nice conversations, we are looking forward to being your guests again.

Highly recommended!!!
A really great house with a really nice garden and whirlpool. Super view over the lake.
Perfectly equipped. Everything has been thought of. From barbecue coal to aluminium foil, rubbish bags, dog excrement bags, everything is already available.
Everything very clean, a beautiful area with great gastronomy and very nice landlords
Simply to feel good!
