Besides the tasteful furnishings, the house offers many amenities:

The kitchen is fully equipped - from juice mixers to egg cups!
You can expect a friendly, bright house with room for up to four people. From the living room you can enter the glass-covered terrace. On the terrace you will find the clay barbecue and a comfortable seating area. You have a large property at your disposal - for playful and sporting activities as well as nice places to relax.
Leisure time around the house - the large meadow and the sports field in front of the house invite you to relax as well as to activities: Table tennis, basketball, darts, badminton, ball games, campfire, sun loungers, seating areas and bicycles, children's playground with swings.
Sauna:
The sauna is exclusively for our house guests and the use is included in the price. The sauna is very spacious. There is a relaxation room with sauna towels and a hi-fi system.
You can cool off in the outdoor shower or in the glittering snow.
Nature garden:
Here you live in the middle of the nature garden, which has something special to offer in every season as far as the flora and fauna is concerned. Frogs and many species of birds are your neighbours.

The Almtal is an ideal starting point for excursions to the entire Salzkammergut and the Kalkalpen National Park region.
The skiing area Kasberg Grünau is only 15 minutes away from us by car. You can reach one of the cross-country skiing trails in about 3 minutes on foot

Experience the snow: Alpine skiing, ski school, cross-country skiing, snowboard facility, snowboard school, toboggan slope, winter hiking trails, ski tours, horse-drawn sleighs, ice skating rink, curling rinks.
Hiking experience: Hiking Almtal - where the area of Grünau is extensive, so diverse the mountain and hiking offer presents itself.
Nature experience: Konrad-Lorenz research centre, wildlife park open all year round, fairytale children's land.
Water experience: There are many bathing possibilities for different needs: picturesque alpine lake, crystal clear alpine river, dreamy Ödsee, charming Traunsee, open-air swimming pool Grünau, open-air swimming pool Viechtwang. Per registration you can experience an adventurous white water paddling.
Golf experience: there are several golf courses, the closest one is in Kirchham - 18 holes, about 15 km away
Experience culture: castle ruins, crime museum in Scharnstein castle, scythe museum, Orth lake castle and Gmunden town museum, exhibitions and concerts.
Flight experience: You can book flights over the Salzkammergut at our small sports airport in Scharnstein.
