Description
The holiday flat is located in Zempin, the smallest Baltic Sea resort on the island of Usedom.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, pull-out sofa and a small flat-screen TV
The bedroom has a box-spring bed with a width of 1.50 m. The kitchen has a coffee machine.
In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and a mini kitchen with fridge and freezer
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and pots.
WC/shower is available in the spacious bathroom. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided.
A barbecue can be provided on request. Terrace with garden furniture is available.
A rotary clothes dryer is available.
Two bath towels and two hand towels are provided by the landlord.
If desired, we provide a children's chair and a children's travel bed.
If you do not need towels or bed linen and would like to bring your own, please let us know when booking

Location and surroundings of object
You will find shopping facilities in the village, a bakery. You will find other supermarkets in the vicinity,
e.g. Zinnowitz (ALDI, Lidel, Netto-Discounter, EDEKA). There is a Netto supermarket in Koserow. You can reach the beach from your accommodation in seven minutes. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen is included in the price.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in my house.

With the tourist tax, the spa train and the bus can be used. Arrival and departure count as one day. Tourist tax is to be paid to the landlord.
Additional towels cost 15 euros. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided.

Anytime again.
The apartment met all our wishes. It was clean and we lacked nothing. The landlords are super nice and above all very warm-hearted. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. We would like to thank you again, dear family Adam.

Very nice flat close to the sea
This cosy accommodation helped us have a great holiday. We were here with our 13 year old daughter. The flat is top equipped and spotlessly clean. The three of us had enough space. The sofa in the living room folds out and is very good for sleeping. The beautiful beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The landlords are very nice and hospitable. Thank you very much for a wonderful summer holiday. For our part, no wishes remained unfulfilled.

gern mal wieder
We were very satisfied with the accommodation considering the price-performance ratio and the proximity to the beach. We booked it quite close to our summer vacation due to Corona. We wouldn't really recommend it for 4 people because of the limited seating indoors. Since we had good weather, we could eat outside as a group of four. Everything needed for cooking is available. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen sink is a bit small/flat, but we managed with that as well.
The owners are very friendly and help when you need something.
Shopping facilities, the island train, or the beach are within reach within a few minutes.
