The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a double bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is on the ground floor with a dining area, the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and an egg boiler. The house is a 4-room holiday home and can accommodate up to 6 people and 1 pet.

A bicycle path runs in front of the property and leads to Zinnowitz or Koserow.
It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach entrance of Zempin, where you can also rent a beach chair, and about a 10-minute walk to the centre of the village.
From the holiday home it is approx. 300 m to the dog beach, which is beach section 7B and 7M.
