This beautiful holiday home with approx. 130 m² of living space offers room for max. 8 people. A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge. It is situated on a sunny plot of land. You can reach the Baltic Sea beach of Zempin in approx. 8 - 10 minutes on foot. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and another 2 on the upper floor), each with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. 2 large light-flooded living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchenettes (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave) and dining table. 2 bright friendly bathrooms offer enough space for all persons. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin on the ground floor 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and wc on the upper floor All rooms in the house have underfloor heating. Insect screens in the bedrooms. The entire property is fenced and offers parking spaces (carport) or outside parking spaces, bicycles brought along can be stored in the carport, large sunny terrace and balcony facing south with garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue.
