Visitor's tax is paid at the landlord's and amounts to 2,30 Euro per adult and children up to 14 years are free and from 14 to full age 1,30 Euro per day. Arrival and departure day count as one day. Payment must be made to the landlord on arrival. The main season runs from April to September, October to March there is no rental.
Payment for the holiday flat must be made in cash on arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
There is only one bakery at the moment, other shops are in Zinnowitz (EDEKA, Lidl, Netto-Discounter, Aldi). There is a Netto supermarket in Koserow.
In the season renting from three nights.
The cleaning fee is 15€, which has to be paid on arrival. Low season from April to May, high season from June to September. There is no rental from October to March.

Urlaub
Wir haben uns bei Familie Adam sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und sind auch auf Zusatzwünsche eingegangen. Wir möchten dort später noch einmal hin fahren.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Familie Adam.

Saubere, gemütliche FeWo und nette Vermieterin
Alles prima! Sehr nah an der Bahnstation, aber wir haben die Züge kaum gehört.
Allerdings können Menschen größer als 1,75m nicht aufrecht rumlaufen. :)
Und die Toilette befindet sich unten. Man muss also die Wohnung verlassen und die Treppe runter, um sie zu benutzen.
