We rent out a modern holiday home for max. 5 people in the very quiet and relaxing seaside resort of Zempin on the sunny island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea with 92 m² of living space and a partially covered terrace all year round. The end-of-terrace house is located (2 minutes' walk)
The flat consists of a living-dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower + WC, hairdryer and towel dryer. There is an infrared cabin in the bathroom on the ground floor. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), one with two single beds (each 0.90x2.00 m) and a foldaway bed (0.90x2.00 m). A children's travel bed is available
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. A lockable bicycle shed of approx. 6 m² and the car parking space - No. 43 - belong to the flat. There is also a children's playground on the property. In the village you will find a bakery, which you can easily reach on foot.
The island train stop is about 5 minutes away.
In the neighbouring villages of Zinnowitz and Koserow, 3 km away, you will find LIDL, ALDI, EDEKA and Netto
and Netto.
The Achterwasser in the Usedom hinterland is also within walking distance, as this is where the island has its narrowest point.
There are no limits to sporting activities
Take a walk to explore the small fishing village with its thatched-roof houses, let your palate be spoilt by a varied gastronomy (fresh or smoked fish).

Location and surroundings of object
The terraced house is located in a holiday complex, 150 m from the beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of a small pine forest. Zempin is the neighbouring village of the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz and three kilometres from Koserow. Both places are within easy walking distance.
Zempin is the smallest fishing village on the island of Usedom and is therefore very quiet and sleepy. It has retained its quaint character. It is also the narrowest point on the island to the Achterwasser.
The village has a bakery, restaurants and several fishing businesses with their own fish smokehouses.

If the weather is bad, you can visit the zoo or the old town in Wolgast, the amber spa in Zinnowitz, the butterfly farm and the Usedom Park in Trassenheide or the Ostseetherme in Heringsdorf
Day trips Invite you to Stralsund to the maritime museum and the historic old town and to Greifswald.
From Zinnowitz you can take a boat to the island of Rügen or to Sweenemünde.

Usedom im September
Das Haus liegt super günstig sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Einkaufen des täglichen Bedarfs. Es liegt am Wald und ist zumindest in der Nebensaison richtig ruhig, was sehr erholsam ist. Wer voluminöse Kopfkissen mag, ist hier richtig. Ansonsten empfiehlt sich sein eigenes Kopfkissen mitzubringen. Entgegen der Beschreibung, gibt es im Haus weder Waschmaschine noch Trockner. Zwei Maschinen gibt es nahe der Rezeption. Für die Benutzung muss man zahlen und die Wäsche natürlich hintragen. Ein eigener WLAN Zugang ist nicht vorhanden. An der Rezeption des daneben liegenden Ferienwohnung Kompexes sei der WLAN Empfang gut (sagt die Dame im Büro), aber auch die Nutzung des Services kostet Geld. In der Wohnung ist es Glücksache, ob es eine Verbindung gibt. Gleiches verhält sich mit einer Handyverbindung. Auf Waschmaschine, Trockner und WLAN als Ausstattung hinzuweisen, obwohl in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden, finde ich nicht i.O. Der Grill steht neben dem Spielplatz, nicht am Haus.
Was leider auch nicht vorhanden ist, ist ein Scheuerlappen und Eimer. So war es uns nur möglich, mal zu saugen, nicht aber die Küche oder das Badezimmer zu wischen. Schade.
Mit mehr als 4 Personen wird es eng. Für Kinder ist der Spielplatz gleich angrenzend und der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz ist neben dem Grundstück, was beim Ein- und Ausladen sehr praktisch ist, weil das Gepäck direkt von der Terrasse zum Auto gebracht werden kann.
Abgesehen von den genannten Mängeln haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub
Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, dieses tolle Ferienhaus nutzen zu können. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, saubere anspruchsvolle Einrichtung und nette Vermieter.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und werden weitere Urlaubszeiten hier auf alle Fälle planen.

1. Urlaub mit Kindern
Ferienhaus wie in der Beschreibung...
Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich ideal. Alles hat geklappt, auch der Service war super. Die Kaffeemaschine gab am 2. Tag den Geist auf. Ein kurzer Anruf und wir haben sofort eine neue bekommen.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub-immer wieder gern.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Es handelt sich um ein tolles Ferienhaus, bestens ausgelegt für 5 Personen! Die Kinder können über die Terrasse zum Spielplatz und sind immer im Blick. Der Fahrradweg liegt direkt am Haus um Richtung Zinnowitz oder Koserow zu kommen. Fünf Fahrräder passen auch (zwar knapp) in den dazugehörigen Schuppen. Für die kalte Jahreszeit ist die Fußbodenheizung, der Kamin und die Sauna ideal. Die Kinder waren in der Aufwärmzeit in der Sauna und wir konnten zu zweit dann warmen "Rest" genießen. Zum Strand kann man nichts sagen, da vorher Sturmflut herrschte und der Strand samt Dünen zerstört war - für den Herbst aber unwichtig. Auch positiv: nur 3 km entfernt hat im Frühjahr ein Karls Erdbeerdorf mit freiem Eintritt eröffnet! Dort sollte man mit Kind unbedingt hin.
