Sun and Sea has two identical upper floor flats Junior Suite and two identical ground floor flats Garden Suite.
The chic, bright holiday flat Junior Suite offered here on the upper floor (48 m²) offers space for up to 4 people (suitable for a maximum of 2 adults).

Separate kitchen: fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete set of kitchen accessories, hoover, clothes horse
Bedroom: double bed (lying surface 200 x 180 cm), 4-door wardrobe, cocktail armchair
Bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer

Balcony: The south-facing balcony offers a wonderful view of the dune forest. 2 chairs, 2 stools, table, parasol

Outdoor area:
The very large garden is available to all guests of Sonne-und-Meer as a play and sunbathing area and borders directly on the dune forest. There is a private parking space at the house. Bicycle storage at the house (not covered)
Special features:
A linen package (first equipment) is lent. This includes 1 set of bed linen per person, 1 shower towel and 2 towels per person, 1 shower mat and 2 tea towels per booking.
The beds are made on arrival.

The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the adjacent dune forest, close to the centre of Bad (Klaus-Groth-Weg 5)
The popular Bad centre with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities and the Dünen-Therme is a 12-minute walk from Sonne-und-Meer. Here you will find the bakery Siercks and the supermarket EDEKA. Larger purchases in the shopping centre (Nordergeest 4a) by car.
The bathing beach is a 30-minute walk, first through the bathing centre and then over the bridge. To Ordinger Strand 3 km by bike. Alternatively, by car to the car park at Ordinger Strand, which is subject to charges.

Cancellation terms:
- Die Stornogebühren im Falle einer Stornierung durch den Mieter betragen 90 % des Übernachtungspreises, unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Stornierung. Der Vermieter wird sich um eine ersatzweise Belegung bemühen und muss sich das dadurch Ersparte auf die von ihm geltend gemachten Stornogebühren anrechnen lassen. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung wird dem Mieter empfohlen. Bei Stornierungen oder Umbuchungen wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 30,- Euro erhoben.
