Description

Our second holiday home is a family heirloom:
Demolition was therefore out of the question.
Inside, however, the detached house is completely new:
You enter the house and reach the spacious dining room from which the open kitchen leads off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker (ceramic hob, 4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Of course, coffee machine, coffee capsule machine (Nespresso), kettle and toaster are available.
From the hallway you enter the living room and from there the bedroom on the ground floor.
In the hallway is the staircase to the upper floor. Here you will find two more bedrooms and the shower room.


Of course, your beds are made upon arrival. One large, one small and one guest towel per person and week are also provided free of charge.

If you wish, we can provide you with a cot and high chair. If you arrive with a dog, we will complete the housekeeping room with feeding bowls and a dog basket, if you wish.

Washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the utility room.
A storage room for bicycles is available on our property.

Two parking spaces belong to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home is located in the Böhl district within walking distance of the dyke.
Behind the dyke are the salt marshes and then of course the Böhl beach.
Due to the firm sand, the beach car park can be easily accessed by car during the season (15.03-31.10)

By bicycle or on foot, you can comfortably cycle or walk over a wooden footbridge almost to the water.
The beach has a complete infrastructure with a playground, beach chair rental and, in the famous pile dwellings, a restaurant, sanitary facilities and bathing supervision.

additional information about rental price:

Due to the coronavirus, we have additionally set a preparation day between the individual stays and take special care to disinfect frequently used surfaces between the individual stays

In addition, we have to charge the seasonal visitor's tax for Sankt Peter-Ording, which (as of December 2021) is between 1.00 and 3.00 euros per day and adult.
You will receive the spa cards directly from us on site.

Please note that the total price for your stay shown by the system will be increased by the spa tax and any costs for pets.

If you would like to book in a booking gap that is less than the minimum booking period of five days, please feel free to contact us directly to see if this is possible.

Cancellation terms:

If the booking is canceled, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation/processing fee, unless we are able to rent the apartment under the same conditions to someone else. Cancellations are possible up to 90 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days before arrival, 80% of the accommodation costs will be due for payment. After this period, the full price is due in case of non-arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

You can cycle south along the dyke to the Eider barrage, and north to the districts of Dorf, Bad and Ording.

In Sankt Peter, the Westküstenpark invites you to visit all year round.

Everything's great!

The vacation home is very well-maintained, clean, and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable. The amenities are exceptionally good, everything you need is available in sufficient quantities. The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated.
