The apartment is very old in its furnishings and urgently needs renovation. The kitchen appliances and the kitchen itself have also aged. The carpet and the sofa urgently need to be replaced.

We were in the apartment for the 2nd time and would love to come back. The location is perfect for us, beautiful view, nearby amenities are easily accessible, and the apartment has everything we need. The only downside and perhaps a note to the landlord: the bed frame in the middle of the double bed is higher than the mattresses. At least this year there was a "bed bridge," but it doesn't solve the problem. We helped ourselves with a rolled-up wool blanket. This helps against pressure pain from the frame, but creates a "mountain" that is also not comfortable. We can live with it, but it would be nice if one thought about a good solution.
