Holiday apartments and houses in Hedwigenkoog

We spent our vacation with eight people, including three children (4, 8, and 11 years old), in this beautiful holiday home. The house was perfect for us and matched our expectations exactly: It is cosily furnished and excellently equipped. Especially the kitchens leave nothing to be desired!

Both the house itself and the entire property are very well maintained and clean. Our children immediately took possession of the large, beautiful garden with enthusiasm. A joint barbecue evening was, of course, a must. The location is ideal – the mudflats are quickly reachable from the holiday home, and there is also a great playground with an adjacent soccer field.

The pleasant atmosphere in the house ensured that we felt comfortable right away. The contact with our hosts was always warm and uncomplicated. We agree: We would love to come back! It was an eventful vacation in a spacious and beautiful accommodation.

The holiday home Deichkind 25 with its large garden is quietly located by fields and dunes. It is very cozy, modern, and practically furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped - one can wonderfully cook and bake here. Those who prefer to leave the kitchen cold can enjoy delicious meals in one of the many restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. From the holiday home, one can reach the bathing spot "Hedwigenkoog" on foot or by bike/car to the nearby bathing spot "Stinteck." After every day trip, one always likes to return to the holiday home and feels at home here.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The house is very well equipped, offers comfortable beds, a great kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine and dishwasher, a TV in every room, a fireplace in case it gets cooler at night, and a sauna in the holiday home's own garden. However, in summer, it should be noted that the windows and the terrace door of the holiday home are not fitted with insect screens. Thus, mosquitoes and flies can enter unhindered, which was partly disturbing at night. Therefore, mosquito repellent spray and/or possibly a mosquito net should be considered.
