We really enjoyed our stay at the Diemer family's house. The house is well-equipped and located in the midst of nature. We had a wonderful time hiking and swimming. We brought our own kayaks to explore the lake. The encounters with badgers, a beaver, and moose were truly something special.

Simply incredible: a charming old house with a lovingly and stylishly furnished interior. The equipment, whether in the kitchen or in the living and sleeping areas, is excellent. The location of the house directly on the lake shore is dreamy; we truly enjoyed our time on and by the lake. The coastal towns for excursions are all quickly reached. The contact with the landlord was uncomplicated and friendly; we were already provided with valuable tips before our arrival. A heartfelt thank you, we will gladly come back.

We have rented many holiday homes and traveled to many corners of Scandinavia, but this holiday home definitely belongs in our top 10. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. On one hand, the location in the middle of Dalsland, where you have many forests and mountains for hiking, but also a lot of water. For example, at the private swimming dock within walking distance from the holiday home. But even so, the house and the spacious property offer a lot. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, options for grilling and dining outdoors, and the kids also had a play area to romp around. We will definitely visit Birgit and her little holiday home (which is not small at all) again at the next opportunity and are happy to recommend it.
