Description
In the house there are 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have bunk beds with space for a total of 5 persons (2+ 3). The kitchen and the living room are integrated and consist of a dining area and a small lounge. The living room has a wood fireplace for extra heating (if needed). The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to a 40 m2 terrace with a fantastic panoramic view over the fjord. The house is also equipped with a barbecue, wooden garden furniture and several sun chairs
The smaller cabin is 18 m2 and has room for 2 more persons.

Location and surroundings of object
The high holiday home is situated on a steep and 4000 m2 large plot, framed by granite rocks and pine trees. The property also has its own bathing beach. The 40 m long beach line consists of rocks and sandy beach with its own bathing jetty, boathouse and barbecue area ,where you can also use a small rowing boat and fishing equipment. Gullmarsfjorden offers several bathing bays, great fishing, beautiful nature and lots of peace and quiet. Only one hour from Sweden's second largest city Gothenburg and only 1 hour to the Norwegian border. Nearby are the famous fishing and sailing harbours of Lysekil and Fiskebäckil and not far away the famous places like Smögen, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand and Fjällbacka, all beautiful places on the archipelago coast of Bohuslän. The beautiful golf course in Torreby, with an 18-hole course, is about 10 km from the holiday home near the fjord. The large animal park "Nordens Ark" (Ark of the North) is about 20 km away in the direction of Smögen.

Top !
We (couple and 2 dogs) had a dream holiday! The house, the property, the location and the weather - all better than expected. Everything was very clean and furnished with great taste. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. The way to the beach was our daily trim trail :-). We gladly accepted the many opportunities to enjoy the wonderful view of this beautiful nature - pure romance! We visited the offshore islands by boat and were often there all alone. Otherwise we bathed a lot and fished a little (without success), collected mushrooms, used the wonderful deck chairs or the hammock - we were in our paradise!
Unfortunately, even 3 weeks come to an end. If you are not handicapped and want to experience an undisturbed holiday in almost untouched nature, you are in good hands with Reidun and Per. P.S. The mobile phone network is so good that it replaces WLAN.

A perfect accommodation!
Four of us (2 couples) spent a wonderful and perfect week in this cottage. The booking was absolutely unproblematic, the contact to the landlords top and very friendly.
The cottage is in a picture book location, is more than fully equipped, not only in the kitchen everything was available that you could wish for or have at home
The cleanliness was impressive, we have rarely experienced a hotel room that was as spotlessly clean and tidy.
The possibility of having a barbecue by the sea is romantic to the max. We were happy to take the somewhat arduous path down the steep slope with stairs and over rocks to the sea.
You can stay here longer than our one week....

Einfach supet
Ein super Haus mit einem tollen Grundstück, unglaublicher Aussicht, sehr netten Vermietern und super Umgebung.
Einzig das etwas zu kleine Ruderboot war nicht perfekt, ansonsten alles bestens.

Geheimtipp!!!!
Das Haus ist ganz genau so wie beschrieben! Wenn nicht noch schöner.
Wir haben einen der schönsten Urlaube seid langem erlebt. Das Grundstück ist in der Gegend unglaublich- riesengroß mit eigenem Uferzugang und Strand!
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich - hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend- echt topp!!
Es gibt eine Feuerstelle am Ufer die wir täglich genutzt haben um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, sie ist so wunderschön am Wasser gelegen - wir können nur schwärmen!
Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht! Kein TV und WLAN! Für uns sehr entspannend!
Eine Waschmaschine fehlt allerdings. Dafür gibt's Rai in der Tube!
Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen, Elch Park, Göteborg, Uddevalla, Lysekil u.v.m.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder....

Sommerferien mit größeren Kindern
Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Gastgeber haben sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert, obwohl sie nicht am Ort wohnen. Bei der Rubrik: Ausstattung geben wir 5 Sterne, obwohl es keinen TV und WiFi gibt..., wir haben so sehr viel entspannter Urlaub machen können. Auch unsere Kinder im Teenageralter konnten darauf fast verzichten (mobile Daten). Wer Urlaub für die Seele braucht ist hier gerade richtig!
