Description
The holiday home is a typical Swedish house in Dalsland. It is situated on a high plateau, which offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. The property consists of large lawns directly at the house, which invite you to relax; or also as a playground for the children. To the lake and a rowing boat you can walk a distance of about 250m. The forest in the immediate vicinity invites you to go for a walk or to explore.
The holiday home has been modernised again and again over the years and offers its residents a cosy "home". The kitchen is very extensively equipped and here you will find what you usually (and more....) need for your stay. A high chair for children is available. The two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 double beds. In addition, a children's travel bed is available. For entertainment, you will find a satellite TV with German programmes in the living room.

Location and surroundings of object
Surrounded by forest, right by Lake Vangsjö and at the end of a dead-end road, it offers nature lovers all the possibilities to be active, relax and unwind. There is another holiday home on the property, which is only used irregularly by the owner. You might be lucky and even see the deer, elk or foxes passing by.
The nearest town Ed, approx. 7 km away, offers shopping facilities, various restaurants, a visit to a moose park "Dalslands Moose Ranch", motorbike museum, use of a swimming pool, visit to the marina and canoe rental directly at the lake "Stora Lee". In the surrounding area there are many other lakes with natural bathing facilities and the national park "Tresticklan". Due to its favourable location, the western archipelago coast and Lake Vänern are both within easy reach in about 1.5 hours by car.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 56 days before the arrival date.
Booking Conditions: The booking confirmation is always made in writing via email. Afterwards, 50% of the rental costs are due as the first installment within 14 days, which will not be refunded if the tenant cancels within 4 weeks prior to arrival. A second installment, referred to here as the final payment, amounting to 50% of the rent, is due no later than five weeks before arrival. If the final payment has already been made at the time of cancellation, 50% of the rental costs will be refunded by the landlord. In the case of earlier cancellation, here 8 weeks before arrival, no further costs will be incurred. Should use of the house be impossible due to fire, storm damage, etc., 100% of the amounts paid up to that point will be refunded by the landlord. If arrival is not possible due to new entry regulations, no cancellation fees are to be paid.

Very very clean, nothing broken, absolutely quiet and furnished with a lot of love!
Only very extravagant wishes remain. Arrive, feel good! Unless, of course, one wanted more people in the neighborhood, but then you wouldn't go to Sweden (except for Stockholm and Gothenburg). The photos are not retouched, only the moose is of course not included in the price :-)

A place to live into the day. Peace and nature. The place Ed and the surroundings for activities are quickly reachable by car. The house has everything you need.

Pure vacation
We felt at home in Orrslätt right away. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything one needs. The two bedrooms are equally good and the beds are comfortable. We slept wonderfully. The large kitchen has a lot of space. On the comfortable sofa, you can wonderfully stretch out tired legs from hiking together. In the forest that starts just behind the house, we collected wood for the campfire and also found many mushrooms. The location of the house is very suitable for excursions. After just a few kilometers, you can zoom off in all directions. The rating only allows for five stars, but we give it a sixth.

Super, relaxed, close-to-nature vacation
