Welcome to the Eriksberg 1 holiday home in Undenäs! This charming holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests on 97 sqm, spread over 2 floors. The house is situated on a 3500 sqm plot. The garden around the house is fenced.
Eriksberg was built in 1909. Last renovated in the winter of 2023 - 2024.
In the winter, the central heating is warmed with a wood stove in the kitchen. There is a heating element in every room and corridor. In one of the upper bedrooms, there is also a small fireplace. Additionally, there is an air-source heat pump. Everything is easy to operate and will naturally be thoroughly explained by us upon arrival!
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden invites you to relax, and the grill/fire pit is perfect for cozy barbeque evenings. Up to 4 parking spaces are available for your cars.
There is good cell phone and internet reception throughout the house and the property. Wi-Fi is available!
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine, among other things, to make self-catering as easy as possible. For entertainment, there is a TV, a DVD player, DVDs for young and old, a stereo system, and various board games. A washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer are available for your comfort. For our youngest guests, we can provide a crib.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and long-term rental is possible.
The holiday home Eriksberg 1 is located amidst breathtaking scenery featuring lakes, forests, and a rich wildlife, including Sweden’s two largest lakes, Vänern and Vättern. Tiveden National Park is just around the corner and invites you, with its spectacular natural landscape, for long or shorter hikes, canoe, or kayak trips. Or simply swim at Vitsand, located right in the park. One of the most beautiful beaches in the area. With barbecue areas and child-friendly water levels, the first approx 50 meters from the beach.
But even outside of the national park, the incredibly beautiful and rich natural landscape attracts all sorts of outdoor activities. Such as, for example, mountain biking or horseback riding. Fishing, boating, canoe, - kayak tours, swimming, horse riding, mini golf, golf, cycling, berry and mushroom picking, hiking, camping, stand up paddling (SUP), . . . !
And if you ever need a bit more excitement, you can choose from a number of larger and smaller cities. There you'll find everything from shopping to a swimming pool with a large slide, sauna, and spa.
And then there's also the Göta Canal, with its numerous locks. There, on the bike/hiking trails running parallel to the canal, you can actively enjoy the beautiful landscape and/or watch the numerous boats pass by. Or you might watch, perhaps while enjoying a delicious ice cream, how the small and large boats go through the locks.
If desired, we are happy to assist you with advice and support during your stay. So that your vacation becomes as pleasant and beautiful as possible! A rowboat (4.3 m) with or without a small outboard motor and life vests can be rented, subject to prior arrangement on-site.
Bicycles in various sizes can be rented, subject to prior arrangement on-site.

Eriksberg 1 is situated on a small hill surrounded by woods, meadows and lakes, 3 kilometres from the small village of Undenäs. There is a petrol station, a small fishing/outdoor shop and an ICA country store. With groceries and everything else you need.

Great vacation in Sweden!
Our stay in this beautiful holiday home in Sweden was simply great! The amenities are top-notch – everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation is really there. We especially loved the fenced garden, perfect for children and dogs. It was so nice that our dog could move freely and safely in the garden. The barbecue area gave us many lovely evenings outdoors, and the whole atmosphere was just fantastic. Additionally, we took the boat tour on the large Vetternsee with our super nice and helpful landlord – absolutely recommended! We discovered great bays and enjoyed a really relaxing day on the water.
We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this holiday home. A true gem for a restful vacation in the midst of nature!

Great and Relaxed Week
The holiday home is located a bit outside in a quiet and very nice surroundings. It has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished, featuring a modern and well-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and freezer. The living room and the bedrooms are cozy, and you can sleep excellently in the beds. The bathroom is typically Swedish, but it has everything needed, even a washing machine is available. We spent very pleasant hours on the covered terrace with the comfortable chairs. In the well-maintained garden with a fire pit, grill, and seating area, you can have a great time. Even charcoal and chopped wood were already provided. The landlords are very friendly and right there when there are questions. Thank you, the Glatz/Hantulik family.

Hello, we are the Glatz / Hantulik family and have been living in one of Sweden's most beautiful regions since 2011. With lots of forest, meadows and many smaller and larger lakes. In late summer 2023 we had the chance to buy Eriksberg 1. Over the winter we have lovingly renovated and furnished it. So that we can now rent it to you for your best time of the year.
