The holiday property consists of a main house (HH) approx. 90 m², a guest house (GH) approx. 50 m² and a stuga (ST) approx. 14 m². The main house has 1 double bed, a bunk bed and, by arrangement, a cot. In the guest house there are 2 couches a 90 x 200 in the attic, which can be placed separately or together. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed 140 x 210 and in the stuga there are 2 single beds which can be put together or separately.
The main house is equipped with a very well-equipped modern kitchen. Induction cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, electric juice squeezer, kettle, baking utensils and much more. In the guest house there is a small pantry with sink, refrigerator and 2-burner induction cooker for small items in the basement. It is not suitable for full catering
Furthermore you will find flour, sugar, salt, filter bags, many spices, oil, vinegar and and and .......... Everything can and should be used and if something runs out ..... simply replace it
This good equipment can be taken into account when planning your trip.
2 properties have their own toilet and sink. There is a shower in each of the main house and guest house.
The houses are only rented to one family or together.
All houses have Wifi and are equipped with TV sets. German TV channels can be received via an Amazon Fire TV stick.
Life jackets in various sizes are available for boat use.

We do not want party guests. Guests with the Swedish virus are very welcome. We live about 25 km away, come from Germany and are happy to give advice and support. For anglers there might be the possibility to go fishing with Ralf for wild natural salmonids. This also applies in winter, when ice fishing is the order of the day. We also have the right to fish with nets.
The houses must be handed over in a cleaned condition on the day of departure.
