Cozy house in prime location.

We felt very comfortable, the lake about 50m on foot is beautiful, you can quickly drive everywhere, places like Grebbestad, Fjallbacka, and Stromstad. A small supermarket and a slightly larger shopping center are also not far away. Great for families, anglers, etc. The handling with the landlords was also completely smooth. We will definitely come back.

A very good place!

The detached property, the spacious house, the nearby lake, the beautiful bathing area, the boat, the fireplace, the nearby Kynnefjell, the easily accessible west coast.... We liked all that about this holiday home!

And the handling with the nice landlady was uncomplicated and everything worked out. It was great!

For the third time we spent a wonderful time at the Bullaren in this beautiful holiday home - that already says how much we like it there: The cosy living rooms, the well-equipped kitchen and the large property, the proximity to the bathing lake, which invites you to enjoy at any time of the day...if you want to combine relaxation, comfort and enjoyment, you are in exactly the right place here!

great time with the family

holidaying with teenagers is not always so easy. Thanks to the good facilities (e.g. unlimited Wi-Fi, motor to the rowing boat) and the many possibilities for activities of various kinds, we had a very nice time. Almost every morning and evening we had the beautiful sandy beach just for us. If we stayed on site for a day, we could pass the time wonderfully on the property and found cooling in the lake after a few steps. We would love to come back.

Super holiday - thank you!

The beautiful house with its large plot, not far from the lake, is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Tastefully, functionally furnished and clean, it offers everything (and more) needed for self-catering. Wonderful this quietness, the bathing several times a day in the lake and when the quietness got too loud, we were quite fast at the coast in the small towns, where we could discover a lot. From a culinary point of view, there was also a lot of interesting and delicious food to be found in the area and on the coast. The extensive excursion by boat (brought to the lake and back by hand trailer without any problems) in this nature was a special experience. Completely uncomplicated, effective and reliable handling by the landlady. We will come again and next time for longer. Conclusion: Highly recommended and perfect for a longer stay.

The previous reviews cannot be real at all, upon arrival it was not clean, we had to clean the kitchen and the toilet first, the lawn was not mowed, the boat is only usable if there is a trailer hitch available, supposedly dog-friendly upon request, but there is a huge sign at the lake saying dogs are prohibited.

-wir arbeiten seit ca. 5 Jahren mit einer professionellen Reinigung zusammen und es gab in all der Zeit keine Beanstandungen.
- Das Boot liegt auf einem Handtrailer, wird prinzipiell von Hand zum See gefahren und hat ZUSÄTZLICH eine Anhängerkupplung
- wir werben nicht mit Hundefreundlichkeit - der Badestrand ist ausgewiesen Kinderfreundlich, was einen Hundestrand ausschließt. ca. 50m weiter gibt es einen weiteren Seezugang, wo Hunde nicht verboten sind. Im übrigen handelt es um einen öffentlichen Strand und wir haben auf die Nutzungsbedingungen keinen Einfluss.
Aus Kulanz haben wir angeboten, die Endreinigung zu erlassen (100 €), die Mieterin versuchte weitere Erstattungen zu erpressen. Da wir darauf nicht eingegangen sind kam es zu dieser aus unserer Sicht unfairen Bewertung.
- wir vermieten seit 16 Jahren und hatten über 100 zufriedene Gäste, was die normalen Bewertungen zeigen.

How do you do it again and again?
The cottage is as always in top order, the view is great, the weather is great (this time pure sun and 26 degrees) and this stunning peace. We went on beautiful excursions again, enjoyed the peace and quiet in the garden over coffee, and went swimming in the lake next door. Because of the weather, even before the start of the season, the places to go out were full of people. There was a great atmosphere everywhere. The four of us felt right at home. The reservation worked out excellently. A very friendly and reliable rental company.

Enjoyment in a holiday in Sweden

We are regular Sweden travelers. This time we ended up on the west coast in the region around Tanum. The booked holiday home is lovingly furnished and you can tell that the landlady does not just manage "a" property. We have spent a lot of time on the coast and have greatly enjoyed the changing landscapes of sea, rocks, and forests. Thanks to extensive tips, the two weeks were completely full of action, which the children loved. The beach by the lake was very nice, allowing for a long swim after a day full of adventures. All in all, it was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation with a high likelihood of repeating :-)).

Wonderful vacation!

Do you love relaxed tranquility, natural beaches, blue as far as the eye can see, birdsong, mystical landscapes, maybe even fishing? Here you have a great view right on the lake, a nearby bathing spot, a boat for fishing, total relaxation! But you can also drive to the sweet Swedish villages if the silence gets too loud for you, visit the moose farm, see rock carvings, wander in the forests, or go to the nearby shopping center on rainy days. A rainy day by the fireplace is also highly recommended. We have caught the Sweden bug. We will gladly come back!
