We had chosen Gramzow as our starting point to explore Eberswalde, the Niederfinow ship lift, the Corin monastery, Prenzlau, Glashütte Annenwalde, and others from here.
But if you don't want to be so active, the holiday home is very well suited for feeling comfortable on site.

I was able to spend a nice and quiet weekend with my friends in Uckermark. Communication with Ms. Bitterroff was friendly and uncomplicated. The house has everything you need and offers enough rooms to retreat to. The large kitchen invites you to linger together. Our dog also felt comfortable, and the surroundings are great for nice walks. Definitely a recommendation for smaller groups with pets who want to spend a nice time outside and in peace! ?

If you turn off the cobblestones of Hardenbecker Hauptstraße towards Falkenhain, you leave all worries, all stress behind. The clocks tick slower. Apples in all colors on the right and left by the wayside. Arrival at the holiday home, a fire is burning in the stove. Finally vacation. If you can indulge in peace, endless wonderful nature all around, the little house and sandy paths, a slight melancholy passes through the heart at farewell. We thank the friendly landlords for the warm welcome and the care that was given to us during our stay. If we all stay healthy, we will see each other again next year.

Miraculously, it survived four devastating city fires and is the oldest building in the town. A dreamy excursion destination is the tiny village of Boitzenburg, which holds the greatest attractions for you. Take your time and visit St. Marien Church on the Mountain from the 13th century and the nunnery, a beautifully restored ruin that serves as a venue. Also worth seeing is the functioning mill, which you can visit on an information tour with the miller himself. The highlight of the place is the magnificent Boitzenburg Castle of the von Arnim family in Boitzenburg.
