Description
Newly built holiday home. Spaciously and comfortably furnished for two persons, large terrace with view of the lake, parquet flooring, fitted kitchen with cooking island, new furniture. Bathing area, playground and sunbathing lawn as well as fishing possibilities directly below the house on the lake.
Two jetties, 1 bicycle shed, parking space for car directly at the house.
Templin is a medieval town with an enchanting town centre with a market square and a complete walkable circular wall. It offers everything your heart desires: restaurants in every price range, cafés, ice cream parlours, plenty of shopping opportunities, a spa mile for strolling, the natural thermal bath with its fun and adventure pool, SPA area and sauna
Several lakes invite you to swim, canoe and fish. The forest offers wonderful hiking and cycling trails.
If you pedal hard, a trolley will take you to the rafting town of Lychen.
If you like it faster, you can visit the go-kart track and do a few laps. And if you want to get a taste of the "Wild West", visit the western town "El Dorado"
In summer there are lots of events in and around Templin, such as the Templin Water Games, flea market, theatre at various open-air theatres, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "Blue House" is located in a forest clearing on the Weinberg peninsula on a square metre plot directly on the lake.
A private bathing bay, jetties and sunbathing lawn are at your disposal. Templin is a beautiful medieval town with a completely preserved circular wall, a small town harbour, a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. All this surrounded by 6 lakes and huge woodlands (Schorfheide biosphere reserve).

Very beautiful
Very beautiful. For all those who are looking for peace and quiet away from everyday life, this house and its location are really well suited. It doesn't bother that the Wi-Fi doesn't work as well. You don't need that if you want to switch off. Here you have the opportunity for deceleration and stress relief.

Gute Lage und guter Gesamteindruck Ferienhaus Templin
Die Lage ist top mit gutem Blick auf den Stadtsee Templin,zentral,Einrichtung für 2Personen Haus gut…uns störte nur ,dass die Nachbarn immer vor der Therrasse vorbeigehen,um zu ihrem Haus zu kommen,wenn man relext auf der Therrasse…zus.evt,Vorschlag ,mal rollos oder ähnliches ..wenigstens an 2 Fenster vor dem Esstisch anzubringen …..
Und es stand mit Boot in Zubehör,die Verwalterin sagte uns aber gleich,dass es eine andere Person in Obhut hat und sie weiter nicht Bescheid wüsste..wir hörten später,dass die Person verstorben…man müsste es dann aber in der Beschreibung raus nehmen…wir hätten es gerne mal genutzt und evt.geangelt…
Ps :das Backblech in dem Herd ist total verkrustet ..müsste mal erneuert werden konnte man so nicht mehr nutzen ,trotz meiner versuchten Reinigung!
Der Geschirrspüler war voll als wir ankamen…kenne ich so nicht…konnten erst um 15 uhr rein (Endreinigung dauert so lange?),obwohl eigentlich 14 bzw 14.30 drin steht..dafür aber früher abreisen 9-9.30 spätestens…..als üblich…
W-lan funktionierte dafürbesser als angegeben…man kann aber sehr gute Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen
Sonst kann man es gut empfehlen…vielleicht helfen die Vorschläge bzw.Hinweise um einiges noch zu verbessern..

Ruhig, gemütlich und schöner Blick
schöne Lage am See, sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung (bis auf fehlendes WLAN). Schöner offener großer Wohnbereich.

Super !
Dear Müller family,
we would like to thank you for (unfortunately) only 2 days, we would have liked to enjoy this peace and quiet for longer!
We ourselves are from Berlin and felt very comfortable in the house for the 2 days.
Everything was as described on the internet, we came without a car and found everything straight away.
Templin is a quiet town, there are many shopping facilities nearby, and the handover and return of the keys went very well. We would like to thank you very much and would like to come again, which we will do.
The email contact with the landlord is also quick and clarifies all questions.
What "personally" bothered us a little is that there was no cover in front of the windows to the lake, but this is not to be rated negatively, the one disturbs the other not.
Otherwise it was simply wonderful! Thank you very much!

Ruhe, Erholung, Natur und viel Platz
Wir verbrachten leider nur eine Woche im "Blauen Haus" und müssen deshalb nochmal wiederkommen, weil der Urlaub so wunderschön entspannend und erholsam war!
Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Das Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Toll waren auch die vielen Prospekte und Flyer über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung die wir im Wohnbereich vorfanden. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Badestelle mit Liegewiese lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr Idyllisch!
Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und die Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We really enjoy the peace and quiet, the nature and the beautiful forests and lakes and are always happy to be there. We designed our house for two people and made sure that mainly natural materials were used in the construction. We have generously sized the rooms so that even in bad weather and in winter there is enough free space for everyone. We have equipped the kitchen so that you can cook and bake just like at home. We have also recently added a WLAN connection.
