Newly built holiday home. Spaciously and comfortably furnished for two persons, large terrace with view of the lake, parquet flooring, fitted kitchen with cooking island, new furniture. Bathing area, playground and sunbathing lawn as well as fishing possibilities directly below the house on the lake.
Two jetties, 1 bicycle shed, parking space for car directly at the house.
Templin is a medieval town with an enchanting town centre with a market square and a complete walkable circular wall. It offers everything your heart desires: restaurants in every price range, cafés, ice cream parlours, plenty of shopping opportunities, a spa mile for strolling, the natural thermal bath with its fun and adventure pool, SPA area and sauna
Several lakes invite you to swim, canoe and fish. The forest offers wonderful hiking and cycling trails.
If you pedal hard, a trolley will take you to the rafting town of Lychen.
If you like it faster, you can visit the go-kart track and do a few laps. And if you want to get a taste of the "Wild West", visit the western town "El Dorado"
In summer there are lots of events in and around Templin, such as the Templin Water Games, flea market, theatre at various open-air theatres, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "Blue House" is located in a forest clearing on the Weinberg Peninsula on a property of about 4000 square meters directly by the lake.
Your own private bathing bay, boat docks, and lawn are available for your use. Templin is a beautiful medieval town with a completely preserved ring wall, a small city harbor, diverse dining options, and shopping opportunities. This all is surrounded by 6 lakes and vast forest areas (Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve).

Very beautiful
Very beautiful. For all those who are looking for peace and quiet away from everyday life, this house and its location are really well suited. It doesn't bother that the Wi-Fi doesn't work as well. You don't need that if you want to switch off. Here you have the opportunity for deceleration and stress relief.

Good location and overall impression holiday home Templin
The location is top with a good view of the city lake Templin, central, facility for 2 people house good... only thing that bothered us was that the neighbors always walk past the terrace to get to their house, when you relax on the terrace... additionally, suggestion, maybe install blinds or something similar. At least on 2 windows in front of the dining table....
And it said with a boat in equipment, but the manager immediately told us that another person has custody of it and she wouldn't know any further. we later heard that the person had passed away... it should be removed from the description... we would have liked to use it and maybe gone fishing...
P.S.: the baking sheet in the oven is completely crusted and should be replaced, it can no longer be used like this, despite my attempts to clean it!
The dishwasher was full when we arrived, which is unusual for me... we could only start using it at 3 pm (does the final cleaning take that long?), even though it says to start at 2 or 2:30... but then check out earlier at 9-9:30... 30 at the latest... as usual... Wi-Fi worked better than indicated... but you can do very good hikes directly from the house. Overall, we can recommend it... maybe the suggestions or hints will help to improve things even more.

Super !
Dear Müller family,
we would like to thank you for (unfortunately) only 2 days, we would have liked to enjoy this peace and quiet for longer!
We ourselves are from Berlin and felt very comfortable in the house for the 2 days.
Everything was as described on the internet, we came without a car and found everything straight away.
Templin is a quiet town, there are many shopping facilities nearby, and the handover and return of the keys went very well. We would like to thank you very much and would like to come again, which we will do.
The email contact with the landlord is also quick and clarifies all questions.
What "personally" bothered us a little is that there was no cover in front of the windows to the lake, but this is not to be rated negatively, the one disturbs the other not.
Otherwise it was simply wonderful! Thank you very much!

Peace, relaxation, nature, and plenty of space.
We only spent one week at the "Blue House" and we have to come back because the vacation was so wonderfully relaxing and restful! The immediate neighbors are very quiet and pleasant. The bathroom with the large shower is equipped with high quality amenities. It was also great to find many brochures and flyers about sights and excursions in the area in the living area. From the large terrace, you have a beautiful view of the lake, and the bathing area with sunbathing lawn invites you to swim. The location of the house is very idyllic!
The house is clean and well-maintained, and the on-site support is very nice and attentive.
We felt very comfortable!

My name is Ulrike Müller. We fell in love with the Uckermark about 15 years ago and, after several holidays in spring, summer, autumn and winter, decided to buy a holiday home there. We really enjoy the peace and quiet, the nature and the beautiful forests and lakes and are always happy to be there. We designed our house for two people and made sure that mainly natural materials were used in the construction. We have generously sized the rooms so that even in bad weather and in winter there is enough free space for everyone. We have equipped the kitchen so that you can cook and bake just like at home. We have also recently added a WLAN connection.
