Description
The high-quality furnished holiday flat with about 100 m² is situated in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature and is located directly at two wonderful bathing lakes with the Zenssee and the Platkowsee. The flat itself is located in a forester's lodge which, together with three smaller buildings, forms an isolated hermit's farm in the middle of a forest area. There are two flats in the forester's lodge, with separate entrances from different sides of the building. A sunbathing lawn with a jetty belongs to the farm and a rowing boat is available on request. The nearest towns within 15 to 20 minutes are Templin and Lychen in the district of Uckermark, Brandenburg.
The comfortably furnished bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub, a wide washstand, towel radiator and wide mirror. In the entrance area there is a separate guest WC with washbasin and rain shower.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, two wing chairs and a coutch table, which are located in front of a water-bearing fireplace. A flatscreen TV with satellite reception is of course also part of the high-quality furnishings. The sofa can be pulled out so that one or two additional people can sleep there if required. The living room is otherwise open-plan and shares the space with an open-plan kitchen and a seating area with corner bench. A fully equipped open kitchen with dining area (induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery etc.) leaves nothing to be desired.

+ A cot as well as a high chair for children and children's toys (sandpit is available in the garden)
+ Toilet paper, soap is available
+ Central heating with an air-heat pump in combination with a water-bearing stove and a gas central heating as backup
+ Parking spaces are available in front of the forester's lodge
+ Bed linen and towels are provided on request for a fee
+ Various children's and adults' games are available
+ Pets can be brought along on request

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
