Bed linen and towels can be added for a fee of 20 €/person and paid directly to the contact on-site.

A local tourist tax applies to individuals aged 16 and older, payable to the local municipality. This amounts to 1.5 €/person per night from April 1 to October 31, and 1 €/person per night from November 1 to March 31. 04. -31. 10. and 1.0 €/person in the period from 01. 11. -31. 03.

The tenant pays a one-time service fee of € 75.00 for the final cleaning of the rental property. The final cleaning is mandatory and cannot be provided by the guest himself

A visitor's tax is levied by the municipality for the stay, which is paid on site. This amounts to 1.5 €/person from the age of 16 in the period from 01.04.-31.10. and 1 €/person in the period from 01.11.-31.03.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
