Description
The property is secluded and in an isolated location, surrounded by fields, woods and lakes, which invite you to swim, hike and cycle. The holiday home is spacious and is located in the lower area.
Equipment of the holiday flat:
The living and dining area adjoins the covered terrace. All rooms, including the two bedrooms, are equipped with shutters and insect screens. The rooms are bright, friendly, quiet and offer everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and washing machine.
The house is pleasantly cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter.
The property is well-kept and invites you to dream and relax. A mill used to stand on the small hill and you have a beautiful view from there.
On very warm days you can enjoy the shade on the second terrace and have an interesting view of the property and nature.
There is a barbecue at your disposal.
A second flat on the upper floor is not rented.

Melzow is one of the four suburbs of Warnitz, which is located in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve. In this landscape there are many lakes that are a remnant of the Ice Age. There are also many erratic blocks.
To the north is the district town of Prenzlau - 18 km away. Other towns such as Templin, Angermünde, Eberswalde and Schwedt are also nearby. Berlin, 80 km away.
The village of Warnitz - (Melzow)is very easy to reach via the A11 Berlin- Stettin with its own motorway exit.
Warnitz has a railway station and you can explore the route towards Berlin or Stralsund by train.

Dream holiday Uckermark
The holiday home is located on a beautiful property. Pure nature (on the edge of the forest) and incredible tranquility are included. The spacious holiday apartment is beautifully furnished, everything has been thought of (especially in the kitchen :)) We would love to come back!!!!

Great for relaxing and staying.
The vacation house was very beautiful, well located near Oberuckersee, but also easily accessible from the highway. A small bathing lake can be reached in 3 minutes - simply a dream. The cottage is on a huge property and the children had plenty of space to play and romp around. You can sit super on the covered terrace. Otherwise, it was really very nice.

Where fox and hare...
happy to do somersaults in the property. There are deer, birds of prey and lots of green and sky.
The house is cozy and clean. There are fly screens. A nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is okay, but you can cook or bake anything. You have to, because there is hardly anything to eat in the area. But there is endless peace.
Very friendly hosts and support on site.
You need a car.

Pure relaxation
Dear Behnke family,
after an eventful and stressful year, the tranquility in this wonderful environment, combined with a great holiday home and property, was indescribably refreshing. The house is very spacious and in complete seclusion. Everything you need is available. The property is very large and you can relax from the stress of everyday life very well. We enjoyed the time on the terrace, if the sun was too strong, there is another terrace in the shade. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer (Upper Uckersee, ostrich farm, ship lift, Chorin Castle). We wish you continued satisfied holiday guests and would love to come back.

FH millstone
Hello Behnke family, we spent a few very relaxing days in your holiday home. Above all, this unbelievable tranquillity, far away from the everyday noise, makes the time there an experience. The house is at ground level, modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. At the upper edge of the spacious and well-kept grounds, you have an unobstructed view over the beautiful countryside. Other places such as Warnitz, Prenzlau and Gramzow can be reached quickly, even if there is sometimes a stretch of motorway in between. You also have to drive a little further for restaurants. A small lake nearby is within walking distance for those who like to swim. In any case, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the holiday home.

Natur pur
Wundervolle einsame Gegend, riesiges Grundstück mit Hügel und Blick über die halbe Uckermark.
Das Haus ist kühl, insektengeschützt und pieksauber. Insgesamt gemütlich, jedoch ältere Einrichtung. Wir haben jedoch nichts vermisst. Außer eventuell einen besseren Fernseher. Die Küchenutensilien ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten unsere Reisemesser dabei ?.
Schönes Bad mit riesiger Dusche.
Große Diele mit Platz für unsere Ebikes. Der Radweg Berlin-Usedom ist nicht weit, das Gelände aber eher hügelig.
Insgesamt sehr positiver Eindruck
Es gibt aber weit und breit wenig bis keine Gastronomie. Bringen sie genug zu Essen mit. Auch einkaufen ist etwas entfernt.
Es gibt kein WLAN, jedoch meist 4G.
Dafür streifen Hasen, Eichhörnchen, Rehe und Dachse durch den Garten.

Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlcharakter
Das Ferienhaus ist super gut ausgestatett, besonders die Küche. Hier findet man alles, was gebraucht wird. Wenn es kühl ist, aknn man die Heizung anstellen.
Das Grundstück ist rechr groß, die Terasse unterm Dach. es ist idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, wo kaumLeute hinkommen, dafür aber Tiere,
Wir konnten im See schwimmen, er sit nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Natur, die Ruhe hat uns einfach gut getan und wir werden einen weiteren Urlaub in der Uckermark verbringen.
Die Gastgeber haben wir kennengelernt, sind sehr nett.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Das Haus liegt sehr hübsch und ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ansprechpartner sind sehr nett. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die nicht gemähte Wiese und das hohe Gras. Dadurch war Sport und Spiel im Freien etwas eingeschränkt, zumal es viele Zecken gab.
Technische Probleme vor Ort wurden innerhalb von 2 Tagen gelöst.
Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Urlaub in der Uckermark
Liebe Fam. Behnke,
wir haben zu Dritt eine sehr erholsame Woche in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Wir suchten die Natur und damit war die Lage des Hauses genau das Richtige für uns. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Auf der überdachten Terasse lässt es sich gut sitzen, essen, plaudern und spielen. Das Großartige ist, dass der See wie versprochen tatsächlich in 3 min zu erreichen ist.
Wir sagen vielen Dank und kommen sehr gern im Oktober wieder.

Idyll für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen
Wir waren zu dritt in diesem wunderbar gelegenen Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück ist groß und an einem Wald gelegen, leicht hügelig. Am Ende des Hügels erwartet dich, wenn dir der Wettergott gewogen ist, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang. Hinter der Bienenwiese steht versteckt eine rote Bank, dort hast du einen guten Weitblick. Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist es ideal. Zum Haus führt ein kleiner unbefestigter Weg, so stört auch kein Autolärm.
Wir haben jede Mahlzeit draußen eingenommen, an unterschiedlichen Plätzen. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und kulturell interessant. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner, aber feiner, Badesee.
Im Haus findest du alles, was du brauchst. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank
