Hello dear holidaymakers,
thank you for looking at our holiday home. Please take a look at the pictures, and if you have any further questions, just write to us.
It is clear that you can sleep like a dream with us, and then comes the long holiday day, which should be perfect, right? What do holidaymakers want on holiday - clear answer: various things, you can put together your holiday from the following activities (or inactivities):
1. On the property
Peace and relaxation
We are far away from the crowds, the terrace faces the lake, there are 2 holiday homes on the property and Konny, Torsten and Emy, that's it. The property is fenced, the terraces are fenced. There are enough sunbathing areas, and you can simply ---relax.
Campfire
We have a large fireplace, a men's fireplace, where you can make nice big campfires and drink a glass of wine.
Sports (not meant so seriously)
Badminton is available
Boccia is available, etc.
2. Water
The lake
20 metres in front of the property, 190 ha large, 35 m water depth, clear water. Old fish stocking, from catfish to roach. The children have caught the biggest fish so far with the Stippe. The channels are natural, with pond and water lilies - dreamlike.
The jetty
No footbridge, as we have decided to interfere with nature only as much as necessary.
The bathing area
Good access and shallow up to about 20 metres, then sloping.
3. Activities from the property
Boat 5 hp
A boat (larger than Anka 4) with 5 hp motor, or oars. Motor is not permanently attached to the boat. Good for fishing and cruising. Can be driven without a licence.
Boat 15 hp
Our fun boat, is faster than the "small one". Bathing from the boat is possible without problems, with steering position and fish finder, sunbathing area and bimini (sun awning). Fishing is also possible, of course
A quick trip to the Kannenburg lock, lunch/ice cream, a beer (not the driver) and back. The boat is also licence-free.
SUP (10,8 and 15 Fd)
Here we have 2 SUP`s at the start for you, for all weight classes, and from beginner to advanced. What is a SUP? You get a surfboard and a paddle, stand on the board and paddle across the water in this position. Hawaii at Lake Röddelin, is crazy fun, and you can explore the lakes and canals "on foot".
Bikes
There are 2 bicycles available for you to explore the surroundings, around the Röddelinsee as a day tour.
Hiking
This is something we like to do, to explore the surroundings. for 40 years the Russians dug their way through the woods, built dugouts for tanks, kilometres of trenches, and foxholes (standing), unbelievable. It's definitely worth seeing, especially because nature is reclaiming its areas and mushrooms are now growing for you. You only have to collect them.

4. Finally - the dog
First of all the "bad" thing, the property is not for sole use, we have a dog, our dear Emy, a Dalmatian bitch, and yes, if a dog breaks something, it has to be replaced, that's life, and it's the same with people. The thing is, there are only a few ways to go on holiday with a dog. And then it's supposed to be super nice, and you have a problem dog, and you as dog owners are more anxious than your dogs. Our experience is that, since every dog can call a house its own, there are no problems with territorial behaviour etc. If you have any doubts, you always have 2 possibilities of isolation - 1. the house, 2. the terrace. So trust us, we say - give the dog a holiday!

Holiday pure relaxation
We were here for 1 week, unfortunately far too short
We liked it very much. A very classy holiday home, with great furnishings. We didn't want for anything
Our dog Arco enjoyed the extensive run and made friends with Emi right away
With the boat we could also explore the area by water. There is still a lot of untouched nature here. In parts almost an Eldorado. Simply beautiful
Thank you for the nice and uncomplicated service. We will definitely be back.

Paradies für Familie und Hund
wir verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in Hohenfelde und genossen das tolle Haus, die wunderschöne Umgebung, den guten Service unserer Gastgeber und unser Hund die große Liebe zu Emy. Es fehlte uns an nichts und der da oben sandte uns 14 Tage tolles Wetter - was will man mehr. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir können uns einen weiteren Urlaub (so Corona will) durchaus vorstellen - die Langhänse aus dem Hamburg nahen Glinde

Hohenfelde zum 4. mal
Wir war´n noch niemals in New York,(wozu auch!)
dafür war´n wir schon 4 mal in Hohenfelde Nr.11 !
Denn dort kann man richtige Ruhe genießen und problemlos
mal 20 oder mehr Kilometer mit dem Hund durch Wald und Flur
wandern ohne jemanden zu treffen, Wild nicht mitgerechnet.
Ein Wandernavi ist zu empfehlen, denn es gibt diverse Wege ohne
eindeutige Markierung, die Gegend ist sehr weitläufig und straßenfrei.
Die Unterkunft ist super, alles ist vorhanden.

Eine traumhafte Woche
Wer Stille und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer ein wunderschönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht sucht, hat es hier gefunden.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche - der See (gleich vor der Tür) ist herrlich - die traumhaften Bootsfahrten im Kanal sind ein Naturerlebnis - die Schleuse Kanneburg ist nur zu empfehlen.
Kurz gesagt - hier kann man noch richtig entspannen.
Vielen Dank an Konny und Torsten für dieses Ferienidyll.

Urlaub bei Konny und Thorsten im Wiesengrund, da kann man nichts falsch machen
Durch die netten Vermieter wird man herzlich willkommen geheißen und schon kann ein erholsamer Urlaub beginnen. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für Regentage steht eine rießige Auswahl an Büchern und CDs zur Verfügung. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich auf der fast schon luxoriös ausgestatteten Terrasse und auf auf dem großen Grundstück total wohlfühlen. Auch an die Kleinen ist gedacht - ein kleiner Spielplatz in der Nähe vom FH2 lädt zum Klettern ein. Zum See, mit einem kleinen Seezugang sind es nur wenige Schritte (50m). Das angebotene Motorboot sollte man nutzen. Eine Fahrt über den Röddelinsee macht richtig Spaß. Der See ist auch zum Angeln geeignet, Erfolge fast garantiert und bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit lassen sich Fischotter beobachten. Natur pur. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung wieTemplin oder Lychen (ca. 20 km)runden den Urlaub ab. Für Kinder empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug nach Himmelpfort zum Weihnachtsmann. Und wer einfach nichts tun will genießt die Ruhe, die gibt es gratis dazu.
Das Feriendomizil ist auch für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren geeignet - hier alledings besser die Fahrradwege nutzen. Wanderwege sind zwar auch befahrbar aber teilweise sehr sandig. Wen das nicht stört sollte ca.6 km zur Schleuse Kannenburg radeln. Lasst euch überraschen...

absolute Erholung
Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen. Sehr schöne Lage auf einem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück, direkt am See. Sehr nette Vermieter und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig, um vom Alltag zu entspannen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Pure Erholung in der Natur
Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur und trotzdem große Gastfreundlichkeit und Komfort, all das haben wir hier gefunden!
Wir Erwachsenen konnten uns auf der Terrasse und die Kinder am See direkt vorm Haus mit Baden und Angeln entspannen.
Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus lies bei uns allen keine Wünsche offen (komplett ausgestattet Küche mit Gefrierschrank, für Allergiker geeignete Schlafzimmer, TV, Stereoanlage mit CDs aller Musikrichtungen, W-LAN, viele Bücher und Spiele für innen und außen, Informationsmaterial für Ausflüge, Grillmöglichkeit, Wäschespinne u. v. m. )
Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, ihr habt uns einen super Urlaub ermöglicht!

Traumhafte Erholung...
Von Anfang an netter freundschaftlicher Kontakt zu Konny und Thorsten....Alle Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus, die Einrichtung, die liebevolle Ausstattung, toll. Vom Zettelblock bis zu Geschirr und hochwertigen Elektrogeräten, insbesondere der überdimensionale Fernseher, super. Der See, das Wetter und Templin sind eine Reise wert. Für Erholungssuchende sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sagen Danke...Bis zum nächsten mal.

Erholung pur.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde ein sehr sauberer und liebevoll mediteran eingerichteter Bungalow übergeben welcher für 2 Personen komplett ausgestattet ist. Wer es sehr ruhig mag und die Natur liebt wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im 5 Km entfernten Templin reichlich vorhanden. Bei wunderschönem Wetter konnten wir viel mit dem Rad unternehmen. Die weitere Umgebung erkundeten wir mit dem Auto (z.B. Boitzenburg, Feldberg...). Es ist eine sehr reizvolle Seenlandschaft, welche noch sehr ursprünglich ist. Ein kleines Boot mit Motor steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung .
Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terasse frühstücken. Die großzügige Terasse ist umzäunt. Auf den sehr großen Grundstück durfte unser Hund frei rumlaufen und mit der Hausdame "LISA" (Dalmatiner) spielen.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Top-Ferienhaus im Grünen
Hier kann man noch richtig Urlaub machen: Haus komplett ausgestattet, wie man es von zuhause gewohnt ist. Liebenswerte, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Herrliche Terrasse nach Süden, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit Zugang zum Röddelinsee und zu Wanderwegen in herrlicher Natur. Die schöne Stadt Templin mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Und die Ruhe! Mehr kann man unmöglich wollen!

Very often we had to choose between grandma's good furniture or a very simple interior. In 2009 we were lucky enough to get hold of our great plot of land by the lake. We furnished our 2 beautiful holiday homes the way we would like to spend our holidays. In harmony and of high quality.
