Description
The old lovingly renovated stable nestles up against the modern new building, which takes up the foundation walls of an old stable complex. The upper floor has 130 m² of living space and combines the old and new buildings.
On the ground floor there is another living area of 47 m² with an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom with adjoining bathroom
All in all, a very generous amount of space for 8 guests.
If desired, the flat on the upper floor for 6 guests and the flat on the ground floor for 2 guests can be rented separately.
The flat on the ground floor has barrier-free access. It is handicapped accessible and has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The bathroom with a large floor-to-ceiling shower is directly adjacent to the bedroom. Generous glass fronts allow an unobstructed view of nature and the nearby lake
The covered terrace offers shade on hot days, but can also be used when the weather is not so nice
In the modern furnished flat on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with dining area for up to 8 people and a large living room. Directly from the kitchen you enter the furnished loggia area. There you can have a good breakfast with the morning sun. Another large outdoor area facing south invites you to linger with a view of the lake. Here you can enjoy the day in (almost) any weather.
All rooms (except for 2 bedrooms in the old barn) are equipped with modern underfloor heating. Real wood floors in the upper living rooms radiate cosiness.
The two living rooms on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with cosy sitting areas and TV.
The kitchenettes are equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sufficient crockery are also available.
The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. Three bedrooms are equipped with comfort beds and one bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed. For families with small children, an additional cot is available.
All bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling showers.
The house is a non-smoking house and can be booked without pets.
Terrace furniture, parasols, barbecue, sun loungers and a table tennis table are available for use.
Charging points for e-bikes are located in the storage room, where you are welcome to store your own bikes.
Two covered parking spaces and one parking space directly at the house are available

Location and surroundings of object
The Yellow House is located in the centre of the Uckermark on the Great Potzlow Lake. The Roland village of Potzlow with its 600 inhabitants borders directly on the Schorfheide/Chorin biosphere reserve. The capital Berlin is only 90km away. You can take the train from the main station to the neighbouring village every two hours. The property offers enough space for relaxation or fun and games. The sunbathing lawn behind the house extends to the lake property. The public bathing area with beach area and large playground is only about 60 m away.

Lovingly furnished holiday home
We rented the entire house with 4 generations - a lovingly furnished house that offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Great opportunities for eating, playing and relaxing together, but also space to retreat.
We found everything we needed - generously stocked kitchens with all the appliances you need on vacation.
A great plot of land where the children especially felt comfortable playing.
Conclusion: We had a wonderful vacation in a great holiday home.
