Great holiday flat in the middle of the Bavarian Forest

We liked the flat very much. The hosts have good taste and attach great importance to lovely details that make life pleasant. The equipment is great: a kitchen with everything from a dishwasher to a microwave, a living room with a large TV, radio, CDs, books, etc., and a beautiful wooden balcony. Plenty of space for lounging (two large sofa beds) and a beautiful wooden balcony. There is a whole folder with suggestions for things to do in the area. The bedroom has great mattresses. The view from the windows goes far over a peaceful forest, village and meadow landscape. The best thing even in bad weather: the sauna and swimming pool directly below the flat. You can visit culture (granite museum etc.), but I would go there mainly for hiking or skiing (especially cross-country skiing). From Passau at the latest, you need a car to get there; but once you're there, it's really great to relax.

Dream holiday

We have hit the bull's eye here. A warm welcome at the entrance door continued into the bedrooms where there was a bedtime snack. For the dogs an extra welcome (treats). The location of the property is fantastic in an idyllic natural setting on a pond that feeds the stream. Past the old mill to our property, the old shed.

We were completely satisfied. When it got a bit chilly, the heating (pellet stove) was immediately turned on via WLAN

We didn't want for anything here and would like to come back again.

A big praise to the landlord. (small suggestion for improvement. Upstairs in the bedroom maybe a few mosquito nets on the windows, so you can leave them open) Thank you very much.

Absolute recommendation!

We enjoyed the days in the flat immensely, as everything was just right.
The furnishings are modern and tasteful, everything was clean on arrival
We didn't miss anything in the kitchen or anywhere else!
The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable for us, the children could sleep normally on the sofa bed in the living room

The holiday village itself is also very nice, clean and really well equipped with sauna and indoor pool

You can walk your dog right into the forest below the village

We will certainly come back again sometime!
